Aw shucks pardner, for a self professed "Quiet Guy" ya'all sure do write/talk a lot:drinks:

What you call trolling is me pushing back against your self righteous hypocrisy. You say you want to visit Cuba before the USA destroys it. What you really mean is you think it's OK when you visit Cuba, but if Americans visit the Cuban people's standard of living might improve. That would mean a price increase for you.

What a sweet guy:biggrin:

A price increase for you too, pardner. How come y'all don't git to visit now? "Self righteous hypocrisy"? Methinks you protesteth too mutt!

Jest sayin, like.

Ah buddy I've never been to Cuba. If I visit I'm an evil Yankee. If QG visits he is doing God's work di ba?

Protest too much? Yeah when QG says America destroyed Cuba, that gospel. When I push back, that's evil American propaganda. QG doubled down on his love for Cuba and evil Americans that were about to destroy his paradise. I don't have a problem with Cuba, but I pushback when people say America is evil.

Some posters here help me to understand dictators. We ladyboy admirers are a minority, so why do some admire authoritarian despots? Minorities usually do better in liberal democracies, not one party rule.

How many political parties does Cuba have?

Oh and be sure and visit North Korea. Hypocrites are welcome there as well. Your tourist money will help to prop up a regime that starves it;s people. Now spin that as you are helping oppressed people to fight American Imperialism:biggrin:

Don't feel left out, Lance. Hypocrits are common to all nations, even USA. You are part of a strident minority.

Thankfully still a minority, though.

Bubba, we are all selfish and act in our own best interests. Nations do the same; we all have dirty laundry, both nations and the citizens of those countries. Better to acknowledge our behavior than to be critical of people from country A, when folks of country B do the same things.

Thankfully, as a hypocrite, I'll have the company of your good self, you professing with every breath what a sweet, objective guy you are:yahoo:

Even with this virus BS, life is good. But yeah, we all get a little cranky:biggrin:

You know, somehow I got that feeling about you from your posts. Can't understand why. I bet you would jump the line for vaccine too if you get the chance. Why wouldn't you , right?

Some more than others for sure.

You don't spend much time in your beloved Merrka , do you? Not that I blame you.

It seems in all countries, the moneyed interests attempt to control the levers of power in their battle against everyday people.  It is just a matter of degree.  I guess we would all agree though that the Swiss government is more pro-people than North Korea.

Raul Castro lives a far better life that the average Cuban. Nicolas Maduro lives a far better life than the average Venezuelan.

I questioned Quiet Guy's statement about his wanting to visit Cuba before America destroyed the country. Just Sum Gai was the only poster to acknowledge that, yeah, all countries have blood on their hands.

I disagree about communism being better for the average citizen. As a theory it is tempting but it ended badly for 20 million Russians liquidated by Stalin, 30 million Chinese starved to death by Mao and 25% of Cambodia's population beaten to death by Pol Pot.

I think two parties are needed, one party rule always leads to mischief.

But I agree that all countries do have dirty laundry.

I learn a lot on the forum; many guys detest the USA, but if were were having this conversation 100 years ago, the detested country would have been the British Empire, 200 years before that The Spanish Empire, 1700 years before that The Romans...

show me where I said communism was better for ANYONE.

A lot of you Americans have this fixation that socialism is synonymous with communism. It's clearly not the case. Get that through your head and start reading real literature on what's happened to the States. Listen to real people and fellow citizens about what's happening even now. Your internet , as is ours and the rest of the planet, is riddled with fuckwit crackpots and biblebashers telling you the world is coming to an end and/or it's the lizard people coming for your babies and/or your guns.

I trust you will have a sensible New Year and fill out those forms for Canadian citizenship as soon as possible.

I don't remember specifically debating that subject with you. Show me where I accused you of making that statement.

Mai pen rai, I noticed your location, as listed on your profile:biggrin:

Mass vaccination will only be the beginning of getting back to something approaching normalcy.  Supposedly, I will be able to get my first vaccination shot in March (if there are enough doses!).  Even so, I don't necessarily want to be around mostly unvaccinated people, especially with all the different mutant strains being discovered now.

But here is another big rub - how do we get to Thailand?  How quickly will airlines be able to get up to speed with even just half of the schedule they had before?  This article provides much food for thought.

It was just a matter of time... now you need to be vaccinated to enter Denmark and Sweden.

Soon it will be all flights, and many office buildings and theaters. You won't be able to hold off for more than mid 2022. In 18 months all of us will need to succumb or stay at home jacking off alone.

Yup, and why not. Question will be how long the vaccine will last. When and if do you need a boost?  Annually?

You can  still get covid and infect others after being vaccinated.  The difference is you wont get sick or die.

Like Thailand you also need to present a negative covid test no older than 48 hours to get in here.

Are we having fun yet.
