Which way though?

I would assume that it would be the opposite direction of 2nd Road so traffic would flow from Pattaya Central Road to Pattaya South Road.  I don't take baht busses often on Soi Buakhao but the majority of my rides are headed south.

My first time out in town in quite a while.  Hit the bright lights with fellow Irishman Kylemore.  Always worth keeping an eye out for the hidden gems sprinkled among the mostly GG bars in Treetown.  This is Tara/Sara, my jet lag didn’t help my hearing amongst the surrounding noise :)

Details are sketchy but there was a big brawl on Soi Pothole after 4 AM yesterday on Soi Pothole involving two groups of foreigners.

The battered bunch were later identified as German national Dominik Leupold, British man Jamie Lee Rocca, Swedish national Sture Mattias Arnkvist, and Cambodian Miss PY Pech. The man believed to have sparked the scuffle was Hallam Zachary Kalen, an Australian national.

As the punches keep coming, police are now under pressure to get a grip on the booze-fuelled bedlam that’s threatening to spoil the resort’s already fragile reputation.

edit : I had no time to add my comment last night( too tired).

It is becoming increasingly apparent that media coverage and informal reports from this resort focus far more on alcohol-fuelled altercations and general disorder than on any meaningful commentary about new nightlife venues or worthwhile experiences. When the dominant narrative revolves around police struggling to contain the chaos, rather than highlighting what once drew visitors in the first place, one begins to question the overall appeal of such destinations. Personally, I find myself far less inclined to be drawn to places where disruption seems to have overtaken discovery.

Looks like there is an LB gentleman’s club on Soi Pothole now.  This is from their FB page

“Welcome to Bradleys Restaurant & Bar on Soi Chaiyapoon 25 (Soi Pothole)

The very first of its kind. A Gentleman's Club predominately full of Ladyboys.”
