Pdoggg Posted May 26, 2020 Share Posted May 26, 2020 Pattaya Beer Garden is currently closed. Renovation is being done to the beer bar complex in front where the boxing ring is/was. I've heard that Pattaya Pete, the Kiwi who owns PBG, is planning to reopen. But I've also heard that his lease is due to expire soon and he is looking to renew on terms that reflect the new economic reality. Pete is a savvy businessman and I suppose could just walk away if negotiations sour. If there were new owners in that space perhaps the business model of attracting repeat customers with moderate pricing could be abandoned and reinvented as high end spot catering to clientele that's in Pattaya for casino gambling instead of the flesh trade. 2 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Before PBG he owned the FLB and promoted it with a very active forum before Addicts and Secrets existed. The idea was to make it a meeting place for forum members to find some wingmen for their nightly sexploits. If I pass by I will confirm or deny. I went to a WS gogo about a month ago and they required testing. A beefy bouncer shoved a swab up my nose. 50 baht. They should have one of their staff dress a sexy nurse. Think there is free testing near the entrance to WS but am very wary of a positive result at an official place. My understanding is that for the time being PBG will employ one shift and the hours are from 1PM to 10 PM. 20 on the staff as opposed to 100 in the best of times. A friend of mine confirmed that Pattaya Beer Garden has onsite ATK testing. The one time I had a ATK test was outside Pinup and the date was written on test and it was good for 3 days. Not sure exactly how PBG operates in this regard.
