I was chatting to PDogg yesterday, and the subject of websites came up. Eventually we concluded that a thread with useful website address could be of help to many of us.

So straight of the bat, here is one I always use when traveling.

For those who cannot get near a TV to watch a live sports game, there is a good chance it will be streaming live here.

Cambodia:

To obtain an official eVisa before arrival can be done online at the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs website.

Funny enough I was just of that site before I checked in here. Great site for any visitor to Cambodia, and their publications are top notch, could teach Los a lesson or two.

Here is one website I use frequently : hotelscombined.com it puts most of the hotel search engines together for an easy comparison of prices and taxes.

Same here, shame really. Kahuna used to use it a bit I hear. Obviously someone was pissed with us getting free sports. It was only sport, never saw any dodgy porn on it.

Here's a website where you can calculate how many days there are from one date until the next.

 

Useful for calculating the end date of a 60 day visa but make sure to check the box which includes the end date ( bottom left) if using for this purpose.  For calculating the number of nights in a hotel you would leave the box unchecked.

On other parts of the website you can see the time anywhere in the world.  Since different countries start daylight savings time on different dates it's not always easy to remember how far apart in time two cities are.
