Patrick
The Armenian Genocide was the systematic killing of Armenians by the Turks, in the 1920's I think. Mind you the official Turkish line was that it never happened. Quote Link to comment

Rick Blaine? Rings a bell, been a long time since I saw it. Quote Link to comment

JaiDee
OK, while we are waiting for the other three from Rover's question I will throw this one out there; How long does it take light from the sun to reach the earth? Within 30 seconds will be acceptable :-) Quote Link to comment
SiamSam
Finally I can attempt to answer something I might know about (I hope). Light travels at 186,000 miles per second. If you do the math (distance of the sun from earth X speed of light) it should be around 8 minutes. If I am off the mark I will hang up my spurs. Quote Link to comment
Tomcat
8 minutes 9 seconds Quote Link to comment
JaiDee
You are both within 30! It's 8 minutes and 18 seconds Quote Link to comment
JaiDee
Well, since no one else seems to want to throw out any trivia questions right now I will send up another from High School philosophy 101; who said this famous quote; "I think, therefore I am." Quote Link to comment

JaiDee
I gotta assume it was before the spaghetti westerns and was likely an old-time classic, so I will go with High Noon Quote Link to comment
