That entire map is full of inconsistencies. Most of Africa is a shithole but the map shows most of it as neutral. Better than South America for a start. Ridiculous.

In graduate school I remember we had assignment using some data the Faculty had found showing a nice, tight State-level correlation between number of tornadoes and proportion of people living in mobile homes. Worse, the tornadoes were especially prevalent where the mobile homes were single width, rather than double width.
