Yes, but as John Cleese said once,"countries apart from the USA play sport against other countries when staging a Championship!!!. And you say you watch ESPN to look at sport????????. You mean 1 hour of ads and promos interspersed with 15 minutes of actual game time!!!!. And yes maybe you are sore losers like Denis Conners!. Haha.

Ok, so it puts in the middle ranking. That should satisfy those down under drinkers now they know they are not letting the side down.

I have gone the fully LB route. Met many fine specimens too, along with a few that did not pass muster. Tend to go the long haul with most. Not into one nighters. For a change I had a challenge. Was going to spend my last few days of one trip in BKK after my time in Pattaya, or as a lot of the English say, Pattire!.. Was catching the bus up saving myself a bit of dosh. While waiting in the bus terminal I sat next to a GG. A good looker. We chatted a bit then got on the bus. She sat next to me still chatting away. Mmmm I thought, wonder where this is going. She got a bit cosy, so I popped the question. Want to go out tonight?. Sure, so we arranged a time to meet at a bar on Soi 4. Turned up right on time looking like a real stunner!. Had a great night. How about coming back to my room says me?. Sure. Well off we trot. Now I am no Romeo as some of you might know, so that was a surprise. Up to the room, I dim the lights a bit and whammo, the clothes come off. To say I was dissappointed is an understatement. Everything went south. What had been a 9/10 changed into a 3/10. Biggest letdown in my sexual life. I tried to act the part but ended up saying I think it best if you leave. Off she went. That was the last time I ventured into gg land. It was the only diversion I had in 5 years, 4 months and 2 weeks when I first dove into lb land. I am sure there many fine gg's around but I only have eyes for lb's now. My eyes do survey the gg's in the bars but I have to say that very few do anything for me. Most have now hit the tubby side of good. Turns me off. As does the thought of looking at a fanny with big flaps. Yuk. Also the smells like fish, tastes like chicken bit. Not always true!. I can also say that I have no thoughts of doing an excursion to Boystown. The thought repels me. -
Are these two for real?????? The crackly voices and the use of the word like every second. They are like two 14 year olds like! Geez!!.

Seven, I have stayed out of this debate re covid for some time, but I think this latest posting of yours sums up your's and a lot of other peoples attitude to the virus. Your second paragraph is probably a good example. My Danish doctor friend could not understand Swedens approach to covid and always thought it would backfire. I think it proved to be the case?. There seems to be only a few countries in the world that have what could be classed as a successful approach to the virus, ie. New Zealand, Australia,Taiwan etc. The common theme there is that they are islands, but they also have strict controls on people coming in. The exception to that theme is the UK. God knows what has happened there. That at the moment is where the few cases are appearing. Returning travellers etc. Even though they are in lockdown it is sometimes hard to control those people. With the vaccine being given in a lot of countries, the infection rate appears to be dropping rapidly. We can only hope that this continues. In Australia we have been promised it will be soon, but coming from the mouths of politicians, who knows?. How long before we can travel is anyones guess. I must admit I am becoming less hopeful that it will be this year. Fingers crossed.

Not being one of the one nighter types with LB's, preferring to have a long term experience, I am getting more and more frustrated. My long term lb gf is stuck over there and I am stuck here. I cannot travel as our government will not allow us to fly. I talk to her every day but you can imagine how that goes down???. Really cannot see regular flights happening until the end of the year, maybe longer. Where I live the choices are what you would call minimal, zip, zero, in finding a sexual partner. Mrs Palmer and her daughters are getting a good workout!!!!. As for activity on the forum being less, I think that is logical due to most members being stuck at home. We could discuss cake recipes I suppose. There is a theory that maybe our governements are prolonging this whole thing to keep money inside the country and stop it being spent overseas. Businesses that do get affected by that policy of course are airlines and the travel business. Qantas lost 1 Billion in 6 months. Mind you the CEO gave up his salary during that period. The 24 million that he was paid in the previous 12 months would have helped!!. By the way, does that salary seem obscene to you guys?. Lets hope that we can get back to LOS and help out their economy very soon.

Woodie replied to blind boy grunt's topic in Boiler Room
All joking aside, what I do remember about that night was my discussion with a couple of guys. One a Canadian, and the conversation as usual at that time turned to Trump. We were discussing Trumps qualities or lack of. When it was mentioned that he had been elected partly because of his business background I then said that he had been declared bankrupt about 5 times. The guy got right off, saying I knew nothing about running a business and going bankrupt was part of doing business!. As he had more than his share of beer, he started to get rather heated. Probably good that his mate cooled him down, otherwise we might have been rolling around on the ground fighting over a clown!. Strange how some people cannot have a discussion without becoming belligerent. -

Funny you say that. I met a guy a couple of years ago at a LB bar in Soi 4 Jomtien. Like you I thought what have I struck here. I got his life history including his appearances at the Queens Garden Parties etc etc. He said he shook Prince Phillips hand. I kept on buying him Soda waters. It's all he wanted apart from some gropes from a girl called Peya, or Keya or something like that. It was one of those times when you just want someone to cause a diversion. It did not happen. I kept on thinking of ways to get out of the situation. Nothing suitable came to mind. The conversation,(onesided), just went on and on. I guess I have had worse social moments in my life, but not many!. Would much rather have been chatting with some of the girls. One I think was Sonny and the owner Aemy, or something like that. Geez my memory is getting bad. Your post reminded me of the occasion, which is not good. I guess we all have those moments that we try and blank out!. -
Checking out a few videos last night and one that took my eye was one made by the guy Buzz, ( another from the UK that cant say Pattaya properly). He showed the area behind Zaza Massage in Soi Pothole, which used to be a piece of wasteland. Only ever had grass and a few cars parked in it. A triangular area between Pothole, Soi 23 and 3rd Rd. Now it is chockers with new shops, almost ready for opening. You would not recognize it! Amazing what 12 months can produce. Probably a good time to do it with less traffic about etc. I bet they are sweating on getting tourists back in!. I can only imagine that the area between Soi Bukhao and 3rd Rd might become the place to be. I think that those in "power" are making Beach Rd/ Walking St into a more civilized area. Also showed a video about the works going on in Jomtien. They are building a long swimming pool area between the road and the water. He says 300 meters long. I doubt it. Looks about half that. Also a lot of building going on. Chinese money I bet!. On that theme have a look at videos of what is going on in Cambodia. The Ruskies better watch out, they might get levered out!.

Your activity as a ladyboy monger during the crisis
Woodie replied to Pulci Gorgon's topic in Ladyboy Discussion
I agree, but that option wasn't there. -
The first thing most expats should do is learn to pronounce Pattaya properly. That would be a good start. Especially when you hear guys like Nick from Assienda Bar say it!.

If it is Miley,I guess it is a girl and by scientific evaluation,ie camel toe (could be post op). Lack of muscle, hands that are not too big etc., I would go with gg. The Miley Cyrus Instagram sort of gives it away, but it could be a trick. By the way have a look at her doing a duet with Ariana Grande, Don't dream its over.. Great version.

Funny you mentioned this subject. Was talking to a friend and we were discussing driving standards. While we were talking I googled worldwide road deaths per 100,000. I was expecting Thailand to be right near the top. It wasn't. I would say in the top 30 %.On the other side of the coin, those with the least were Sweden, and the UK was right up there. The US was down at around 35 % from the least. A lot of those countries with the highest death rate were in Africa.

Just an update on the TJ's scene. I think most of you know Lily has left and is now training to work in a salon. Another nameless member of the staff is following in her footsteps. -
Guys, as a lifelong boaty I can tell you that one of lifes pleasures is to visit a launching ramp and spend a few hours there watching the goings on. No cost and it is much better than the movies!.
