Is it irresponsible to tell the people of the planet that they must stay home until, ummm we have NO idea, and drive the economies of the world back into the Stone age just to save 5% or so of the planets human population (a group some liken to a disease infecting the ecology of the planet, and one which has doubled at a rapid pace, ironically corresponding to the increased knowledge of said species- tho that does not seem to have ANYTHING to do with wisdom, rationality or logic) ??? Over 35 million filed for unemployment benefits in the US recently (with tens of millions slipping out the back door to Nigerian scammers I might add). 6 billion plus on the planet...even 7% of that is a drop in the bucket. So the travel-to-Thailand question for me is: do I want to risk catching it (or relapsing!) there AND be quarantined or hospitalized there? It's not a risk worth taking for me. I am better off shacking up in the PI with 3 or 4 natives after I have them tested for covid. Having said that, I WILL travel to BKK/Pattaya as soon as travel restrictions are lifted so I can see with my eyes the end of an era.

Early on in the so-called pandemic I would have been very wary having sex with a hooker, but as noted in the opening post Pattaya has not had a confirmed Covid case for weeks, and very few cases in all of TH. Bars actually open 2 days (nights later). It's been impressive since they remained empty till last week end. If not, you can also say they are in a pretty fix. It must be hard to make ready and make up to attend at empty bar every night in the middle of girls (there is no specific ladyboy bar in VN, only bars with girls and sometimes ladyboys). I know the Pattaya bars are closed but it's easy enough to find willing ladyboys. Is it unfair to a bargirl to have sex with her in these COVID-19 times?
