Sensations has Ruffa and I see on Facebook there are more ladyboys from the Philippines working around Pattaya than ever before. So what is the story guys? Is this a flash in the pan or are we witnessing a growing trend where more and more ladyboys will come over from the Philippines to Thailand to work in the p4p industry? One of the reasons is that the bar infrastructure makes it so easy for farangs. No pre-planning is needed, you just show up at a bar and choose who you want or move on to the next bar. With the Kevin Balot's Miss International Queen 2012 win, that raised the visibility of Filipina lbs in Thailand.
