I have never stayed there myself, so can't make an educated assessment, but some other BM's here have stayed there before, the general feedback is not very positive, but I shall let those with experience comment further. Thanks guys. The Penthouse is a great place to stay with very friendly management. There is no barfine for guests to take girls from Obsessions. If you take more than three girls, there is a charge for extra towels. I am sure Pacman will respond shortly, he is on the board of directors. General feedback from people who have stayed there is positive. The stories of a bad experience come from opposition hotels who have been waging a vendetta against the place forever. On some of the Pattaya forums, the name Penthouse gets automatically changed to "Hotel that can't be mentioned by name" or something like that. Don't believe everything you read. The Penthouse is a taste thing. You'll either love it or you'll hate it. Not exactly an in between place. I do think everyone should experience it at least once in their Pattaya tour of booty. What's to hate? Stay there & you'll realise what a good place it is with friendly staff & round the clock service. I don't stay anywhere else. Issues that I have personally experienced have been roaches, charge of VAT, joiner fee of 500 baht after the 2nd girl if she isn't from their club (Kitten|Obsessions), smell of animals, hassle over tips, badgering girls wanting a drink, over priced LD drinks|drinks, and padding of check bin at times. Other than that this place is great! Someone mentioned the pet collection "aka. the zoo" may be much smaller these days, but the roaches are still an issue, not only in the rooms, but also in the club restrooms. Next time I venture in the toilets, if I can brave it, I will be sure to take a picture and share it. There are some BMs who are more like ambassadors or PR people for this place, but if you read posts on some of the busier forums you will see that a lot of the feedback, but not all, from the BMs is less than desirable. -Swedeman007 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Other than that this place is great! LOL! This is spot on! But, I still say go for one night. It's like 70's american swinger stuff. Worth the experience, unless you're allergic to cats. Swedeman do tell... what accommodations have you found? Would be nice to find a place cheaper with porn on the tube! Let alone cleaner! I think the people there, put in a lot of effort to trying to present something different for people visiting Pattaya. With one thing in mind. You will find mirrors, love bars, swings, dance stages, stripper poles, 24 free porn (including 1 channel dedicated to LB action) etc. In addition to this they have triple glazing, blackout curtains, Jacuzzis (in some rooms) remote control A/C, free Wi-Fi and free breakfast. It’s a 24/7 hotel. Maids, Restaurant and Room Service (full menu) are all 24/7. Safe and secure and a great location. Animals. You might see 1 small dog, which many people find quite cute and have their picture taken with. And two cats. As for roaches. Remember this is Asia. The climate suits them. But I know a lot of hard work goes into containing them. Just like many other hotels in Asia. -J- Posted August 2, 2013 Share Posted August 2, 2013 Sorry Paccers, but I am going to enter into this debate once again. My experience with this hotel has been awful, mostly due to the management. I stayed at this place during a period of construction and was woken up every morning at eight o'clock to god awful construction noise. I complained at the time and was lied to as to when it would finish and then later after making comments about my experince on another LB forum( I would like to post a link but wont without mod approval) the manager and Pacman embarked on a campaign of misinformation to pull the wool over the eyes of the forum members. The manager went as far as to sign up with multiple accounts to pretend he was different people making honest coments when in fact he was just scamming the forum. Believe it or not paccers I actually when through the same thing a couple of trips later. Fortunately for me this farang manager had a lot more class and handled the situation a lot better. And this time I made sure to take a video just in case some asshole called me a liar. I've not stayed in them all, but quite a few, and all the televisions are mounted much higher. I don't want to trigger a forum battle here. If you could show a longer video, showing the bed, mirrors, swing, dance stage and stripper pole etc. I might be convinced. This is the way a decent manager would handle this Just so there is no misunderstanding, because we have received a few PMs........... J clearly states that the video is NOT the Penthouse Hotel. It is his example of a bad situation that he had at another hotel but he was impressed with the way the manager of the other hotel handled the noise situation. The Penthouse is an interesting place with rooms that include dancing poles and love swings etc. Won't find that at the Marriot or Holiday Inn! I was allowed to see high end rooms and regular rooms at the Penthouse Hotel. There was definitely an unclean odor everywhere. The pool adjacent to the high end rooms was noticeably dirty with dark debri at one end. It might have been low season but, common, there was practically no one staying there. I visited at night and found few girls and ladyboys of quality in the Kitten Club and Club Obsessions. The idea is good in theory but in practice...not worth it at all. Without diving in and having a close look at the bottom I couldn’t notice any debris. And I did have my glasses on. Hotel occupancy. I've just spoken to reception. The odor that you are referring to is more than likely the litter box for the zoo. Oh, and be careful, as the little dog may shit directly outside your room door. I experienced this first hand as I stepped in it the pile of poop first thing when I walked out.
