For Euros about 0.3% which is also quite good, for SEK a whopping 27%. Swedes, Norwegians, and Danes should not bring paper money to Thailand. Exchange rates in Pattaya are even worse. I did receive an email about a month ago that fees for USD transactions will increase on September 27th so Yanks may want to send money before that date.

Sometimes the initial price for Holidays Home is just 399 baht on Agoda. It is conveniently located across from the Mosaik in the Day/Night area less than one minute from the backdoor of Tuk Com.
