I think I posted about a ST with Patty in early June, so I will offer some counter points.

I went in looking specifically for Patty because from social media posts (like the one's Dan shares- thanks, BTW), she always catches my eye. In person, she is just as hot. I didn't spend a lot of time chatting her up or surveying her social status, I just wanted to have sex with an really beautiful LB and hope the session was good.
