It started out as the former, at some point changed to the latter, but I see from Dan's pics that they may be using just "Obsession" now? I know I sound nit-picky but please remember I picked Obsession for my short-list for Romscar Bar of the Year, which I try to make as factually based as possible starting with the name of the bar. I would recall that in the late 2000s Dudley the cunning owner of the Penthouse Hotel added to the hotel's GG gogo (Cats) a second one for ladyboys he chose to call Obsessions PLURAL. He was either piggybacking on BKK's Obsession SINGULAR leading reputation, or he did it to annoy them and possibly TMed the name and forced the original Obsession to rename itself "True Obsession"... Just wondering if anyone knows or can ask whoever the current owner might be. PS Yes it's a bar with plentiful AND beautiful sissies and I shortlisted it in this year's 5 TOP Romscar ladyboy bars of Thailand. Yes! And I don't know how to handle those 2 dark horses fairly since I will not have visited either of them in 2023 ! So it would take glowing reviews by other BMs HERE at LBR ! because I have these cycles where I peek at PY and then I get so revolted with their 2 whiny cunts that even if I can I don't peek in there for a while, until the urge for mischief eventually makes me want to. I am currently on the non-peek part of the cycle, so I am not going to take into account what is posted there because I am not going to read any of it. It will also underscore to all BMs and bar owners that PY is irrelevant for the choice of the Romscar this year. All I can do this year is wait a little longer for our bar sherpa Dan Miller to conclude his Xmas vacation and take into account his authoritative (and perhaps less biased than mine) bar assessments... Less than 5 weeks till my return to LoS ! For sure I'll be exploring the new CS (Cindy's Secrets) in Patts as well as LLL (Lily's Ladyboy Lounge). But I think they both shouldn't even be mentioned, when talking about a 2023 - reward. A bar, operational fornonly 6 weeks or less in that year, can never exceed performance of a bar, which provides us a mongering playground all year long. This newbie posted a pic from a ladyboy working in the bar with the logo "Obsession". I hope this answers Rom's question. The guy accepted to pay THB 2,000 in a few bars in bangkok with a barfine of THB 700, but complained that prices at Obsession were too high : barfine : THB 1,000 and ST : THB 3,000.
