My hair is about the only thing I have going for me!. All the males in my family have full heads of hair. Mind you it is over 2 months since I had it done and it is showing. Look like something out of the rocky horror show. Or one of the 75 year old guys going around the supermarket with the 30 year old Fili girl!.

About 400 meters from Soi Pothole towards Tukcom. A few doors past the Black and White men's hairdressers on the left side. She does a great job. 500 baht for haircut and colour!.

Great photos!. It is obvious that buiding inspectors are not in great demand there. The wall colour in the last two photos is a replica of mine. When I bought the place it had been repainted. They must have purchased a 50 litre pail of Primrose, as every room was the same colour!. Just as an aside, I liked the way the toilet seat was down. I am amazed how bathrooms are shown, even on sites like booking.com etc., where the seats are up. So uncouth!

This Corona virus thing has just struck me. Now the trip Man to BKK is off, as the earlier trip in April, via Qingdao has been canned. Have to revise my itinerary and hopefully if by Mid June the thing is under control, will be going Man to Shanghai with some goods for a customer. Qatar have a good deal on that leg so will look into it. Then Shanghai to BKK and LOS!.Trouble is I cannot book until the all clear is given on the virus. Mind you with my luck in travels to China in the last 2 years is anything to go by, this could turn into a disaster as well. Out of 3 trips, 2 have been disrupted by typhoons. Not covered by my insurance. Cost me a lot to rebook. Government here is already talking about assistance for the tourism industry, first with the fires, now with the virus. Not pretty!.

I am looking at Manchester to BKK in June.( returning from a sporting event). It is 300 quid for the cheapest at Finnair to one with Etihad at 390 quid, ( for you that work in quids).Then you can go up to anything!. Not heard good things about Finnair but have about Etihad. I really prefer Singapore, but they are more exy.

"Someone" I know has just returned to Thailand after 5 days in Japan. Now in bed with a fever. I understand that there is another virus doing the rounds in Japan, so who knows. Being in a plane is about the easiest way to catch a bug.
