There are conflicting reports as to the location but it seems activities at the staging area begin at 11 AM and the parade begins at at 2PM. Some reports say the parade begins at Alcazar and goes down Soi 4 to Beach Road, over to Pattaya Tai and ends up at the school across from Wat Chai. But another report says it begins at the school and ends at Alcazar! A great day for those who are Irish and those who wish they were Irish! Quote Link to comment
