SiamSam Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 Concern over the bars being closed on Valentine's Day got me thinking how important (or not) it is for some people to drink during their holidays. For me personally I think I drink less when I am in LOS than I do when I am home. Undoubtedly because while home I am bored to tears with the familiar and lack of available playmates. What about you guys? While on holiday do you drink more? Less? Is it a prerequisite to lowering inhibitions? A necessity or not? Does it get in the way or hamper performance? Are there mis-opportunities as a result or more? Would you enjoy yourself just as much without it? Yes sometimes, but being versatile certainly helps cure that Would you enjoy yourself just as much without it? I probably drink the same amount while here as when at home, the only difference being I drink at home when home. I reckon I drink a bit more,it does not make a huge difference in lowering inhibitions. Pretty much a necessity as I haven't a clue what else to drink and enjoy plus the Pattaya vibe dies with the bars closed.Definately does not affect performance perhaps because I seldom drink enough to get really drunk. It would always be more than home but I would probably cut back to two maybe sometimes three nights a week. I'm not much for drinking alone and at home I have a long way to drive to get home from any bar. So that keeps my consumption down. In years gone by I use to drink a lot at bars on the weekends. My holiday these days is renting a bungalow on a small island with my teerak and I defo drink much less than when home in Pattaya, Is it a prerequisite to lowering inhibitions? A necessity or not? It lowers inhibitions which is bad cause after 7 or 8 drinks I act like a real jerk. I'm at my best with 2 drinks. Does it get in the way or hamper performance?
