Lefty Posted December 27, 2010 Share Posted December 27, 2010 IMO>> The most beautiful in PI are at least equal to the best in Thailand, but in the upper echelon for appearance, there are more total numbers of 10s in Thailand, if we were ranking them on the old antiquated 1 to 10 scale for wont of a simpler system. It is easier to meet more lbs in PI who are not in p4p, and those types are more relationship oriented rather than looking for short term flings or short time encounters. If a fellow is primarily interested in p4p sex without commitment in PI, I would focus first on Makati and Angeles City. I have also seen a fair number of attractive freelancers in mid afternoon on Adriatico St in Malate, which is a generally less expensive area to stay, if that's a concern, compared to Makati. One VERY good thing about the PI lbs is they speak good English. Some speak it as clearly as any Brit or American. Since they learned it originally from Americans, their accent is closer to ours, when compared to say the Indians, who first learned from the Brits. There is not much, if any bar scene, dedicated to lbs in PI. Though we do hear of bars with lbs from time to time. It is nothing like the cookie cutter experience that is so easy for newbies when they first come to Thailand. Heck, in Thailand a blind retard could score with a cute lb in a place like Nana Plaza. Nothing is quite laid out so neatly in PI. The PI lbs are nearly all circumcised, which may or may not be a plus, depending on one's preferences. It seems to me, that the average overall cock size is more in Thailand, though there are a good many notable exceptions in PI. I know, or know of, 4 half black lbs in PI, all the offspring of former US Servicemen, and all are packing a salami that would measure up in comparison with any lbs anywhere. Hormone use is not as prevalent in PI, nor are implants or other surgical alterations. Though they do take place. More likely with lbs involved in p4p. Your typical Mindanao lb who works in a salon or a market is very seldom ever going to have any alterations and very likely little if any hormone use. For whatever reason, implants are much more costly in PI when compared to Thailand, though I do believe the quality of the work in PI is at least equal. If one really wants to meet a nice lb in PI (or even Thailand for that matter sometimes), and a relationship is what you are seeking, then free sites like facebook.com and tagged.com are highly recommended. Long term, by the month, types of places, I think you can do better in Phils. The passport stamp only gets you 21 days as opposed to 30 in Thailand. Visas to extend are a lot more though. After the 21 days, next you get a 38 day visa. That cost me 2,340 pesos. Next I got a 59 day visa and it cost me 3,800 pesos. To figure the value of those prices in baht equivalent, it would be 45% less baht to be same value. It's an easy calculation if your brain thinks in baht and also thinking in pesos seems intimidating. So basically, you could get a 1 year multiple entry retirement visa in Thailand for less than the cost of 4 months in Phils. Pharmaceuticals are VERY much higher in Phils. Things like V need a scrip from a doctor. I got one and when I went to Mercury Drugs, one of the bigger chains in the country, I was told that ONE Viagra tablet would cost 880 pesos. I passed. Vitamins are also slightly higher, but them again any imported vitamins are higher than balls on a giraffe, here in Thailand to begin with. So, just figure imported nutritional supplement prices are very high both places. Booze is cheaper in Phils, for those of you who enjoy a libation of an evening. San Mig Lite could often be found for 30-32 pesos a bottle. Multiply that by 45% or .45 and you will see what that is in baht. I found Colt 45 malt liquor for sale in small stores, for 15 pesos for a bottle. Same size bottles as the standard ones here. Most of your typical Pinoys don't drink San Mig because to them it's not worth the extra cost compared to Red Horse or Eagle beer. crackerjax Posted January 19, 2011 Share Posted January 19, 2011 I took a short trip to Philippines in Dec - Cebu and Manila, 2 nights each. As Lefty says, with the exception of Mixed Nuts in Manila (VERY mediocre imho) there is no ladyboy bar scene to speak of in the PI, so one needs to change his modus operandi there. I spent some time collecting a few numbers on DIA and also had a few forum contacts (both mongers and girls) to help pave the way, but it would seem that there are a fair amount of ladyboys sprinkled amongst the general partying population - this was certainly the case in the Cebu bars known for having some p4p action. Now that is probably true of Thailand as well, but with the opportunity to shoot fish in a barrel when it comes to ladyboys in LOS, I am ashamed to say I haven't been in a non-ladyboy disco or club in years in Thailand (the Marine's and Insomnia don't count as the former is crawling with lb's and I ONLY go to the latter if I've got one in tow who can get past the door :D). Had gotten mixed reviews on Cebu from some monger friends on another forum, but very pleased that I made the trip. I think the key is to be there on the weekend as opposed to midweek. There is a very lively weekend bar scene in Cebu and the ladyboys seem to be out in good numbers partying with everyone else with no problems that I could see. Went out both nights with a BM from another forum who is resident in Manila and enjoys the occasional weekend sortie to Cebu - I must say I had a blast and am looking forward to going back. Cebu would appear to be mainly a LT scene and the girls I met were really not very commercially minded - 1000-2000 peso tip the following afternoon or evening seemed to please them just fine. After a couple of very late nights in Cebu, I arrived in Manila late on a Sunday afternoon and left on Tuesday evening. Probably not the best nights to be in town and I was a bit partied out from Cebu anyway, so I don't want to give Manila too low a score, but overall I found it a bit boring and time consuming to get about. I stayed in Makati a 5 minute walk from the Burgos St. red light district. Some decent looking LB freelancers about offering to come back to the room for 500 pesos - dirt cheap - but I was a bit wary having never been there before. I checked out Mixed Nuts on Sunday night - probably 20 girls in attendance but very expensive LD and very thin on talent. After about an hour I decided to cut my losses and went home alone for a good nights sleep. Monday night I went to the Greenbelt Shopping Mall which is well known for its p4p cruise scene centered upon the outdoor bars, restaurants, and coffee shops in the plazas that connect the various wings of that sprawling development. I ended up with a pro that I picked up in front of Haagen-Dazs. :D This girl stung me hard on the price because I made the stupid mistake of not pre-negotiating her fee over ice cream - so I'd say you need to approach Manila differently from Cebu. But once I got her back to my hotel I was too horny and really couldn't be bothered to go back out on the prowl, so I agreed to her outrageous 4000 peso tariff - I'm guessing that's twice what I would have paid had I been smarter. That said, she was a fantastic fuck - great kisser, a lovely bottom and equally enthusiastic top - much better value than what I'm used to here in the Middle Kingdom . Again she stayed until I had to check-out the next day and was horny through out. I actually had a few girls lined up in Manila via DIA that I had hoped to get together with for some afternoon ST's, but the city is so sprawling and choked with traffic that spontaneous requires planning. The PI ladyboys are a mixed bag for sure - as Lefty says ops and hormones harder to get and more expensive. In five days and four nights I was only with 3 girls - no Soi 6 quickies easily on offer. The girls were all pretty - one that I would characterize as a young femboy and two of the more highly evolved sort :lol: that participate in pageants. It's requires a bit more work and advance prep, but this monger found being able to really have a conversation and partying with the girls amongst the "straight" population to be a very enjoyable change of pace - so much so that I'm headed back in Feb, this time to sample the plethora of slutty cam girls that appear to be on offer in AC. Last thing to note for anyone who's traveling from China is that the cheap airfares available on Cebu Pacific are a big incentive if your trips are quick hitters like mine. Cebu has a good selection of ladyboy IMHO and also can do a lot of thing than in Manila and have some nice beaches too if you like that. just like crackerjax said Philippines requires a bit of work and preparation so its best to collect phone numbers on camsites and other social networking sites before arriving here if its ladyboy you went for here cause its not like Thailand we dont have Nana plaza and Walking Street here :P Though we have P. Burgos st, Ermita and Fields Ave but those are mainly dedicated to GG lover and its nothing like those in Thailand. i also suggest you venture into some provinces in the visayas and mindanao area lots of lb's there too but not the kind you expect in the city I mean with boobs and surgery usually they are natural and have not taken hormones yet so if your ok to that you can check it out. and be prepared to be stared at well you get that in thailand and other countries but you get more here being a hardcore catholic country its a capital sin being seen in public holding hand with a ladyboy and its punishable by law and can be sentence to death. It seems to me when out in the provinces, if one gets a group of lb friends to pose, usually maybe 2 of 5 or so would be stunning. I like the rawness of the Phils scene compared to Thailand. And the girls have not had as much work done on themselves - in general - this I like. The English factor is a big bonus - but don't expect every girl or ladyboy to be fluent in English however... it just wont be the case. However, you can expect to have some great nights with the girls in and out of the bedroom. JaiDee Posted February 21, 2011 Share Posted February 21, 2011 Been there twice for extended stays and as I have always said, PI ladyboys are better than the Thai's for many reasons, the language being first and foremost. I may be naive, but I also feel as though they are more honest and not as likely to hustle or outright lie to you as a Thai girl may; Thai's to me always seem to be on a scam. With that said, I think the Thai girls are prettier overall {starting hormones at an early age helps in that regard} and I prefer the country of Thailand; better food and a more exotic atmosphere. I just wasn't that impressed with the P.I., there is not a lot to do and in Cebu it seems the main way of having fun is to walk around a mall? Malls are cool and everything but every day and night? It gets old and there is no real bar scene; as Lefty says if you expect Nana Plaza or anything like what you would find in Phuket or Pattaya you will be severely disappointed.
