Waltz
Hi there. I'm planning a trip to Pattaya in the next two weeks, looking to stay at the Marriot which I gather is ladyboy friendly. As this will be my first time to Pattaya I was wondering if you all could give me some guidance; Where are the good ladyboy bars? How much do they cost for a ST and LT? Is it safe to travel by myself? Things I should be aware of? Is picking up a ladyboy freelancer safe (am i at risk i terms of my safety and health? Your advise will be greatly appreciated. DownLoLarry
Hi there. I'm planning a trip to Pattaya in the next two weeks, looking to stay at the Marriot which I gather is ladyboy friendly. I know a few guys who stayed at the Marriot and they report that it is indeed ladyboy friendly. Not primarily a monger's hotel so there will be lots of "civilians" about. So this thread can be devoted to things you might want to be aware of. Things I should be aware of?

AuntieVirus
This looks like it will be a useful thread for me. I am petty new to all this ladyboy loving scene and I am so reassured to see so many guys supporting each other here. Reading around this forum makes me feel so more confident with this new aspect of my life. Very appreciated buddies.
Waltz
Thanks guys! I've been reading the threads, very useful! Would you guys happen to know another alternative to the Marriott that is on the same level, but without going through the walk of shame where families and kids are staring at you? Kahuna
If you are gonna be embarrassed by being seen in public with a ladyboy, perhaps you should stick to short time rooms and not take one back to your room in your fancy dancy hotel... In my opinion...keep in mind that this thread will be nothing more than opinions...albeit some based on experience...it is demeaning to the ladyboy to show your shame while you are waking around or taking her to your room...It's their country...You're just a visitor...Treat them (and yourself) with respect... If you are new to the game and if you have no idea what you are doing stay far away from freelancers...Pay the barfine and stick with the bar girls and you'll have someone and someplace to return to if there is a problem...And if you're gonna have a problem, it's gonna be with a freelancer... And above all else, heed the words of my son and wear clean underwear...
deepthroat
Kahuna is right, if you are afraid of being "smirked at" by some tourist you've never met and never will talk to then you may not be cut out for this stuff... I'd suggest you try to adopt the attitude that all successful Ladyboy Lovers eventually get to, which is "It's my holiday, I'm gonna do what I want and damn what anyone else thinks." Unless your boss, in-laws or neighbors are in the lobby when you come in leading the LB parade, what do you care what someone else thinks? One alternative though, if you cannot get your mind around that, would be to look at the Majestic Grande Hotel which is down the same straight as the Marriott if memory serves me correctly. It is 5 minutes walk (in high heels and a dress) to the Nana Entertainment Plaza. You literally walk out the front door, across the street, through the parking lot that also houses Guess Bar, and take a left at the other side and Nana is 2/3 of a block up the street. deepthroat
Oops, thought you were asking about the Bangkok Marriott. See replies in your original thread instead.
Waltz
I get what you are all saying. There is no doubt respect will be given when Im there. New to the place, but not new to the game, just wanted to see how hotels react to a guest with a LB.
Hefe
There is a separate hotel thread somewhere that reviews a lot of properties that are LB friendly. I actually stayed at the Marriott last year because I had to stay in bed off my feet, doctors orders, & I wanted lux surroundings, good room service, good pool etc., to distract me from life's cruel ironies then. That said unless you have a great deal with Marriott I would save the $$$ & go to a cheaper upscale place, I think the Marriott is overpriced for what they offer in that market, a bit dated & behind the times really for the price they want. But the pool is top notch, & the small rooms that are ground level & have a litlle patio are great, like little cottages. That said, there is a discreet rear entrance on Beach Rd, right next to the mall, where you can escort your escort in privacy to the grounds. There is a guard there usually but he just smiled at me, I suppose a tip would satisfy one who asked questions, but that never happened. You can do better than Marriott pattaya, but the Bangkok ones are another story entirely.... farangbah
just wanted to see how hotels react to a guest with a LB. Mate, you're talking about one of the sex capitals of the world. There is nothing you can bring through that door that they haven't seen before. Hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of times... It's a fun challenge to see if you get them to even bat an eye...

xyzzy
just wanted to see how hotels react to a guest with a LB. You should look at them funny and wonder why anyone would take a normal vacation in the P4P capital of the world...
randiuno
@Waltz, Care to report back for us who have not yet made it to Patts yet? Would love to hear your impressions. Cheers, Randi
