Cinederose Posted March 8 Share Posted March 8 I started a Tiktok as it was advised many times with the restrictions on my Youtube but i discovered i was there before me as many of my videos were on it , cut and the sound changed by many guys who were claiming to be having " a wild time in Thailand " crazy views also and one guy who posted my videos even posted a video reply in the comments how he loves to film ladyboys and it was risky but all for his toktok subscribers ahhh nice of him , others just were posting check this shit out type of content and tiktok does not come down on reused content anyway i said to the first guy wtf in the comments this is mine as i was surprised , he made it private deleted my comment and then the next day blocked me and made it public again , yes i could easily file a copyright but the guy seems a fantasist leading a tiktok life might do no good , anyway i take cinema shots some times but i dont claim to have been there and often ask or add credit , ok anyway here is my Tiktok if anyone cares https://www.tiktok.com/@cinederose 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Pulci Gorgon Posted March 8 Share Posted March 8 If I got it well, as soon as you migrated to Tiktok, you s=discovered that several guys had already copied and posted your videos from Youtube. The problem is that you can't post your hijacked videos after someone else already posted them, even though they changed the soundtrack. And the guys who copied your videos pretend this is their own and add they're having a good time in Thailand. You tried to contact one of them (but the only way you can is to post a comment) and the guy deleted the comment and blocked you. Sad to see you had to do with such assholes. But what's the most disturbing for you ? Are you disturbed ince you can't post older videos ? (Didn't you try to modify your videos so that they can appear as new for tiktok ? ) Were you trying to monetize your account ? If not, it's sad but they won't have the opportunity to copy your videos if you post them in Tiktok first. Cinederose Posted March 9 Author Share Posted March 9 I never heard that you cannot repost a video on tiktok as i have seen my videos reposted more then once also it does not bother me as i do not think people know i have perhaps the largest database of ladyboy interviews anywhere , i mean thousands of clips many i have not edited together or published so plenty to upload if i need , also monetizing my account never occured to me and i am sure a few users would have commented this is not yours on these channels , but they would also be deleted , if i filed copyright i would be here all week and i could have my video removed easily as i have time stamped evidence on several platforms its mine with my voice in the original format , yes tiktok cares about copyright thats why they pay royalties to the music owners at large expense , its just this one guy who is kind of a older guy who has found some popularity in his bedsit in Norway or whatever posting other people stuff not just mine to make a make believe trip , i think pinned linked credit comments is the answer not removal but he was too scared to talk also there is direct messaging not just comments and its public on browser and app not logged in and because Tiktok knows not everybody has a profile , copyright report can be done easily but i feel sorry for these guys i do :) 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
