I am Rom's NY Cosmos Pelé jersey from whose point of view this TR is narrated in tribute to the great Pelé himself who passed away just before Rom started this trip.

It's OK.  Som-O will be remembered as one of Rom's greatest ever fucks.  But during this trip, something unexpected sprouted in Rom that he did not think could sprout from a blackened heart such as his and Rom can't stop thinking about going back to Manila.

I had started a bargain with an Indian taylor in Ao Nang. He (they) seemed to be always open for a business, even a 20 €/$ business. I first told him that taylors in Thailand seemed to be only Indian people. The guy replied immediatly that Indian people were shop managers but that good taylors were Thai people, the we talked of what I wanted to do. I seldom saw such a smart guy in business. He didn't seem to be willing to cheat and even though he understood I would miss time to make the business, he explained me very clearly what I needed to do at my side to do it. 

He was far from the derogatory image we often have of Indian people. If I had returned to Thailand, maybe, I would have gone back to his shop to make the deal.

I decided to come back to this TR to ask for a simple question. It seems more appropriate to ask in this thread what are "standard" prices for Pinoy ladyboys, ST, LT (one night) or longer time ? Are there BF or are bars the best place to hook up ?

Tough question to answer PG.  Unlike Thailand, the sissy meat market in the PH is more segmented and intertwines both with amateur and romantic pursuit... So I will just give a broad picture of major meat sources:

Ladyboy bars  -  As of this writing I know of only one in the whole of the Philippines.  It's in Manila Adriatico and is imaginatively called "Ladyboy Bar"and it's a rip off joint.  It is there mainly to scam customers with trumped up charges and pricey lady drinks and to pull one sissy outta there costs an exorbitant barfine of for sure over 100 USD plus whatever fuck fee you agree.  They do have some hot ones, so your best bet would be to get the phone # and get out of there quick.

Street ladyboys can be found at night in Manila Ermita outside Robinson Mall and offer themselves at very low promotional rates. I dont bother with them because some are likely thieves.  There are more in numbers and more attractive in Makati but are more expensive but I would not know current rates..I'd guess they start at 2000 at least, which is what the Makati street girls start at.  In Angeles you have a more competitive market and you can still score a cute one P1000 ST if they see latch-on potential in you or they are desperate.   I think they expect at least 1500 P LT.  That's USD 27 at current rates.  When I hook up with one for extended periods I target a daily rate of 1000 plus the rivers of money I spend partying with them that I don't even want to count.

Online ladyboys is increasingly the way to go and many don't even ask for money.  At least not sex-transactionally.  Try pinalove, Badoo, Tinder. That sounds about right to me. Filipinas seem to really like ordering food which starts to get expensive as the short time cash.
