  1. It's on Expedia too! I learned about the place by chance, while looking at Expedia package prices to Pattaya. And when I thought about googling it if it was guest-friendly...a very pleasnt surprise. Another surprise was, on the Facebook page, the one comment is from a regular female tourist from Czech Republic. Do the regular holidaymakers also go to stay at Ladyboy guesthouses like Katty's or La Bamba for that matter?
  2. It's been about a week. Well, maybe the spam filter does not like hotmail. Happened to me before. Anyway, if I do really go to LOS & not find a hotel yet, I might try my chance at the door.
  3. It was info@labambapattaya.com and if the site is no longer in use, the e-mail of the same domain name may not be in use either. Thanks.
  4. I'm kinda thinking about going for Patts for a short holiday instead of Bangkok this time. Was thinking of staying at La Bamba for it convenience. You know, sit at the bar in the evening and take a girl upstairs for the night. No drama for a long walk to a hotel (not sure if I can take a GG partner from outside though) Anyway, I have e-mailed to La Bamba for a reservation without any reply whatsoever. And on its website, the latest news are somewhere in late 2013. Is it OK over there?
  5. OK....Blok M is more for the GG scene, isn't it?
  6. Hi there. I'm thinking about going to Indonesia this year. The trip will cover Jakarta, Yokgayarta and Bali. This is mainly for sightseeing and beach, but a little bedroom fun does not hurt either ;) Does anyone know about the LB (waria) scene over there? I assume this would be within Jakarta and Bali only, so I think that much should suffice. Are there at least pick-up places, concentrated areas etc? And how do you find them, do they look good? Knowledge about GG scene is also much appreciated too. I haven' given up on them either :) Thanks, Terima kasih, Khrap koon kaap :)
  7. Girls online are generally working between noon till midnight. The cruise ship port is in Karakoy, which is a short tram and metro ride from Taksim area, and from Taksim, you can go to Sisli-Kurtulus area, where most of them are easily. There are some unofficial TS brothels in Taksim area, but being from a foreign land...may pose problems. Stick to internet TS escorts.
  8. I haven't. No Name is a gay bar actually, but TS persons frequent it too. A bit upscale as much as I know. Sahra is more targetting the TS crowd, but said to be very seedy and full with annoying Turkish "tops" (guys with "a hole is a hole" mentality) and scamming "rent-boys". That's all I have heard, but not experienced first hand. Things may have changed. Technically most (if not all) gay bars also have TS persons going in and out, so it shouldn't be much of a problem.
  9. Mine was last year, Philippines. And the memorability comes from not the sex, not the beauty of her...but mostly the date. Ever since my adolescence, I have wanted to have sex on my birthday. But that did not happen until last year. I had coincided my birthday with my stay at Puerto Galera (Sabang to be more precise) having this tropical beach retreat and sex, be it with a GG or LB, on my birthday. I was staying at Red Apple, a diving resort whose bar becomes a freelancer hangout at nights. The night before my birthday, I had this disappointing encounter at the bar with a GG of unstable and somehow fishy-looking behaviour I was kinda pissed, drinking Red Horse at the bar, then I saw one LB coming over, ordering a drink, then playing pool by some guys. I stroke up a chat with her. Her name was Keisha (or something like that) we hit it off, talked. Then that night I took her to my room and she blew me....this was the day before. The next day was my birthday. I went to beaches and returned to Sabang. In the evening after being half forced by that GG (named Florence) to buy her and her friends a round of ice-cream, met with Keisha again. I bought her an ice-cream too, and a beer....then we talked and decided to go to another bar. Then there was the dream date. We went around hand in hand, sat together in the bar, mostly locked in an embrace kissing passionately, drank...and made it back to my room, having my first birthday sex ever. And it was also incredibly nice. One condom even broke (luckily realised quickly). The next day, I departed from the island, heading for Luzon. And she was in the same boat with me. It was interesting, because we were so oblivious to each other, you would not beileve those two people made passionate love the night before. We just nodded our hellos, sat quietly together (she slept) then we waved quiet goodbyes. And that was it....even we had exchanged emails, she did not try to contact me. Well this happens. If you ever know Keisha of Sabang, Puerto Galera, or ever meet her, say hi from me too. She's tall, with ears on a little big size.
  10. Indeed so. Read an interview with her some time ago. What's funny is, "Efe" is one of the most masculine male names in Turkey. The meaning, is a type of mountain bandit in Western Turkey. Their heyday was late 19th-early 20th centuries, but their heritage goes on in a distinct folk dance of the region, and among the descendants of former efes, living around Aydin area in Western Turkey. It also has a meaning of "brave, tough and manly man" when used as a personal name. Probably she uses her official name (like that Filipina beauty queen Kevin), but a-very feminine-TG bearing the name Efe would sound very awkward around here, but did well in Italy, since they're not aware of the connotations. PS: I know, someone will remind me of that Aussie rocker-stand up comedian's routine: "They're not tough? They fuck men! That's hardly gay!", I know....
  11. Taksim fish market probably. That area is pretty much where everything hapens. Every kind of eating, drinking, shopping and entertainment can be found. The fish market is close to Nevizade sokak (street) and Çiçek Pasajı ("Flower Passage", nothing to do with flowers now), the most classical type Turkish drinking spots, the first more budget, the latter is more up-market, but I doubt there's any TS street work happening. There used to be one Gay/TS bar named Hengame, just near the fish market entrance, but it's closed for a long time. However side streets are a different situation. The side streets of Istiklal Avenue hide the seediest and the cleanest in them. On the other side, from Tarlabaşı side, I saw some SW type girls waiting in an alley I assume being close to the fish market. Not sure if they are GG or TG, but thinking about the TG dominance on the street biz, there's pretty much chance. But I would think thrice before picking up any of them. I don't think the popular urban legend of organ traffickers stealing your kidney would be happening, but you can kiss your money and phone goodbye.
  12. Website pictures: Some are real, some are not. Actually most like a touch of photoshop on their pics. Turkish men & TS: Well, the part: "They also want to fuck them or let them do a blow job but if posssible without getting in touch with the cock of the ladyboy, not talking at all about sucking a ladyboy or let the ladyboy fuck them" is what they say...but in reality they do be the bottom. Actually on local TS forums, the most asked questions are: "How's her tool like?", "How does she top?" Although there are many guys who only top and avoid the cock (including myself, I sometimes caress it though), there are many who return the favor fully. Even there are many guys only getting shagged and not the other way around. Mostly it's the closet gays' façade. If a guy is seen with a TS on the street, he can fake being with a woman (a GG one at that if she's convincing enough) whom he's fucking...but in reality he's the one getting it. So, you'll have no problems of getting laid on both sides. There are bottom only girls though, but they write that on their websites.. The words in Turkish for top and botom is "aktif" (active) and "pasif" (passive) respectively. Prices: Recently it goes from 100 to 200 TL, but many will want tips. And there's this double pricing thing depending on your nationality according to some girls. Negotiate beforehand. I'd personally recommend meeting through websites and phones than the street walking action, a little seedy I think. And there's this "dating" site I recommend http://www.shemaleturk.com has an English version, but only partly translated, most left in Turkish, and its mobile site is kinda unstable, getting your profile mixed-up (e.g. my sign switched from libra to scorpio, then sagittarius, now back to scorpio, though I am a libra), etc. The terms used on the site (and in general) are as follows: Pre-op TG: Travesti (just like in Brazil) Post-op TG: Transseksüel Transvestite / Crossdresser: CD The area between these can be somewhat blurred. Sometimes "Transseksüel" can be used by a pre-op too. On escorting sites, the keywords are "ameliyatlı" for post-op and "ameliyatsız" for pre-op. "ameliyatlı değilim" means "I'm not operated" so, this is also an indication on that.
  13. PJ Inn (ex name Ramada, no relation to Ramada chain) lets them in too (or the one I brought was too convincing). Entered with 2 GGs and 1 LB (on the same day) nobody cared.
  14. First the thing about atheists being able to go to heaven and now this? Indeed a very sharp change from before. Are they playing good cop/bad cop or something? A pope saying atheists going to heaven is denying his (or better say his position's) very existence, more surprising IMHO.
  15. I remember Lisa Lawer, a Brazilian tranny pornstar. She re-converted to the male identity. She (whom has become he from then) is even said to have gotten married to a GG (even said to be a distant cousin). Apparently those things do happen.
  16. I received a PM from her. Sounded like those Nigerian e-mails.
  17. Was just curious, got my answer, thanx!
  18. What about Koh Larn? I love swimming, but the beach in Pattaya is unswimmable to say the least. Are there any action (GG or LB) there? I went there just for a day trip and returned to BKK from Pattaya that very evening, so I don't know about overnight staying or the scene on the island.
  19. that last video was a blast. Morale of that story.....don't hold yourself back for that long. Make one or two visits to the bathroom. Things do happen for anal encounters, GG or LB....even if that's not a diarrhea, you may find some undigested food pieces on your wiener (there's a well known urban legend in my country involving an anal encounter and tomato skin...not happened to me, but heard multiple times)
  20. No, then I would be travelling outside too. If that can be carried, so can some luggage be too.
  21. http://memerial.net/5454-747-can-carry-the-space-shuttle A different look
  22. After having my 3 Cialis pills in my hand luggage (a 4-pill box with 3 remaining, 1 used back home in Turkey) confiscated at Cairo Airport while transferring to BKK, on my second trip with Royal Jordanian via Amman, I had my one Cialis hidden inside my jeans' pockets in my luggage, and I sent my luggage to the plane cargo after checking in. Avoided all the hassle and sneaked my pill in a breeze. But that was just for a small trip, and as you guys mostly go for long terms, the number of hidden pills might be a problem. You might just do so too of course. One pill in a shirt pocket, one pill inside a sock, etc...and all inside the luggage. You might put one inside your wallet too, after all they don't check there very often, although that is a risk. I was far more vigorously searched during my transfer points (Cairo and Amman) than entering BKK. Don't know the situation in PI of course. As the Cialis I brought was not enough then I bought one lil' pack of Kamagra jelly from a street vendor near Soi Nana (much to the chagrin of my pals back home advising not to buy from them) and the result was satisfactory. Even if it's fake, he mighta been sold me Bactrim (antibiotics) because it tasted like that. And the effect might be placebo-or I did not have a problem this time.
  23. There's a village in Austria, which is named "Fucking". Yes, that's true. Of course, being a German-speaking place, the name of the village has nothing to do with the English-language profanity used for copulation....but since it was discovered by English speakers, it's made quite a name. Its road sign is said to be the most stolen road sign in Austria. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fucking,_Austria Let's have another from Thailand. I think everyone here is familiar with Bangkok Metro, and its terminal station Bang Sue. The signs showing the platforms-directions to Bang Sue, bearing the phrase: "To Bang Sue" must have entertained quite many people. Of course the name is pronounced differently, but don't we all recall it as "Sue" as we know? http://www.engrish.com/2005/10/oh-sue/
  24. According to the link (and Google Translate) the bus until Phnom penh seems to be temporarily suspended.
  25. Have you ever seen Taiwanese, South Korean or Turkish Parliaments? They are a sight to see. If you like martial arts movies, you'll love the Taiwanese Parliament.
