When staying in Pattaya few weeks ago, I've booked Baraquda MGallery (485 1 Moo 10, Pattaya City). Beautiful place, great pool and including good breakfast ... costs around 1150 THB (32 Euro) per night. And since I have loyalty points to spend, the amount payable got even decreased. Well ... luckily times are getting better! I entered Thailand early April this year. Got a PCR when arriving in my hotel in the afternoon and already next morning at 06.45am got a phonecall that quarantine could be finished, since PCR was negative. They also provided a self test, to be taken on day 5 ... so 10 day quarantine is history !!
