When trying to ... system shows let's call it 'in progress' ... but even when waiting for several minutes, nothing happens. Would you be able to check @Pdoggg ?? I didn't change my browser (Firefox) but I used the free version of CCleaner to clear my browsing history/cookies... could give reactions after this. Perhaps it will work for you. If you are having these issues, I strongly suggest the solution that worked for Soju.
