  1. Very nice indeed, Khum Laawman.
  2. You are too kind, Khun Lefty
  3. Indeed they have BB. Hard to believe it is 20 years ago this year that I made my first trip to Thailand, along with Jimslim and two other lads. One week in Pattaya, and another in Samui, finished off with a few nights in BKK. Totally wet behind the ears, and not knowing what to expect, I was oblivious to the impact it would have on me, over those next twenty years. I was expecting it to be just another holiday, one to be enjoyed but quickly forgotten as most holidays tend to be. Little did I know that Thailand would become not just a holiday destination for many years to come, but a major part of my life. Twenty years and 34 trips later, I still enjoy it as much as the first trip, even though it has become a different type of holiday as the years have passed. I think what has made it such a special, and different, destination than anywhere else I have been, and why I keep going back, is the amount of great guys (and girls) I have met during those years.
  4. Very good find, young PDogg.
  5. A total sweetheart is Nidcha, along with Auntie Nok, those two are good enough reason alone to visit New Bar.
  6. That is one lucky little doggy!!!!
  7. How well do these craft beers sell, young Pete? I wouldn't have a imagined there would be a huge demand for them in LB bar, or any bar for that matter, in Pattaya, but do you find it worth while stocking them?
  8. I'm sure 'er indoors was NOT impressed, or is she back up country??
  9. Truest words you've spoken for years, my wee baldy brother.
  10. I will give that a try, brother Dogg.
  11. I would give you lot's of likes for the pics, young Peter, but for some reason my connection doesn't let me do that????
  12. Has the Wizard Brewery moved location, my wee baldy brother? I always thought it was on 2nd road, where Tim Bar/gogo used to be located?
  13. Hope young Nok had a great Birthday. Both her and Nidcha are a credit to Newbar, lovely lasses the pair of them.
  14. Bollocks, I left my wallet at home.
  15. Great updates my wee baldy brother, so nice to see New Bar still going strong after all these years - you and New deserve it, and with Nok and the alluring Nidcha, you have a fine crew behind the bar. See you in a few weeks, heading up north with 'er indoors when I arrive, but should be back in town on Xmas Eve.
  16. Is the 4am closing time set in stone, or does it depend on the amount of cussamers in the bar, say at around 1am?
  17. BTW, I know you are regularly updating the fridge with various beers and ales, but have you ever considered stocking things like crisps, nuts etc. for purchase on an evening supping ale? May not be feasible, but not many establishments in Pattaya do this, but it is an old Brit/Irish tradition for the peckish drinker?
  18. Great pics young Petesie, ya baldy wee shite. Always nice to see what is happening n New Bar, and also around the town when you pop out on your mini adventures. And also it is always good to see pics of Nok and Nidcha, two of he nicest barkeeps in the business, and one of many reason to go to New Bar, in my opinion. This forum needs pics and updates, and hopefully Peter can provide that, it would be good for us all. As Mod has alluded to, keep the personal shite from another thread, on that thread (if you must) and let this be about New Bar and the various other bars Pete often visits and gives positive reports on. If you don't like New Bar, or Petesie (can't blame ya for that, he's a wee twat), then don't visit the thread, and especially don't comment, let others who do have an interest receive regular updates which can often lift the doom and gloom of everyday life in the grind, if only for a few brief minutes.
  19. I went for Miss Canada, I think she has a very natural beauty (not that the other don't) and Canada isn't really somewhere we often associate with the third gender.
  20. The site he had earmarked to produce the Delorean cars in N. Ireland is literally two minutes from house. Alas, after all these years it still lies as a desolate waste ground!!!

I agree with you Dan, he was brilliant as Dr. Donald "Ducky" Mallard in NCIS, a quirky and eccentric character, portrayed brilliantly by McCallum. NCIS was never anywhere near thee same without him and Gibbs as pivotal characters.
  22. You will find her most nights at Dee Beach Bar, directly opposite where La Bamba used to be. I don't know if anyone has mentioned it before, but she sure has a great ass.
  23. Regarding the American Bar & Grill for the Chinese food - I went there twice on my recent trip, first time the Chicken curry was excellent, second time it was almost inedible!!! Must depend on the chef of the particular night how good the quality is?
  24. Even from the back, Jimbo looks like a grumpy old sod!!
