  1. Welcome to the Forum Perazoli. If you want a very nice ladyboy with extremely impressive length and girth who likes to top then Nancy is the obvious choice. Unless you have a virgin or almost virgin ass in which case she would not be my recommendation. She's standing up in the pic below. She can be found at LaBamba Bar on Soi 13/1 between Beach Raod and 2nd Road in Pattaya.
  2. Popped into a Mekong Bank branch today and they said they have a $3 fee with a max limit of $300. Wanted to pop into Maybank to inquire about their fees but got there just minutes after they closed. Will try again.
  3. G Pub in Golden Sorya Mall (GSM) is an after hours bar with no barfines. Bargirls go there after their bar closes in the hope of snagging a customer. Opens at 2AM and goes to the wee hours. Usually a few ladyboys hanging out there. If you are walking on the left side of Street 51 going from Street 172 towards Street 154, maybe about 10 or 15 meters from Street 172, you'll see a little alleyway headed into GSM. You'll soon see a beauty salon on the right and it's just across a different alleyway from the beauty salon. I haven't been at G Pub this trip but was just poking around GSM after dinner because I had forgotten the name of this bar. It's extremely close to Pontoon on Street 172 and Heart of Darkness on Street 51.
  4. Most of where you'll want to go will be within walking distance. Tuk Tuks are cheap if you are willing to negotiate. It would seem simpler to not have a bike.
  5. Don't know if Xanax, Valium or their generic equivalents are sold in pharmacies and there are no little chaps running around the street as in Angeles City. I can show you a pharmacy where I do get good prices though. One of the moneychangers quoted 28 baht per dollar. With the actual rate being about 35 that's a 20% commission. I will try to pop by a bank next week to inquire.
  6. I never tried since I just assumed that the exchange rate is poor. If I pass a bank I will inquire but almost all of my free time is on weekends when the banks are closed. There are some reports that Maybank doesn't charge a fee for Visa cards (but they do for Mastercard). But there's a good chance they charge a fee now. Their main branch is at 144 and Norodom which is inbetween the Street 51 bar area and the Street 136 bar area, ==================================================================== For the guys who are new to this: The fee that the Cambodian Bank charges. is one of only many charges. There could be your home bank service fee, and.or a foreign exchange fee or percentage. Finding out the total fees is not an easy task. Some bank statements are not transparent. For example, when Canadia was free a few years ago, my home bank statement didn't list it's $2 fee with the transaction but somewhere at the bottom of my statement. I've found calling up customer service in my home country often resulted in a rep just making up info. They're not really sure, it could be called a visa fee instead of a bank fee and so on and so on.

In at thread about Phnom Penh visa runs Luung said: It's a realistic option. I've done this twice. But there are problems. You can buy a combined Cambodian Bus and Thai Van ticket from Sihanoukville to Pattaya for about 25 USD. The bus takes you to the border, you then walk across and get into a van on the Thai side. The bus is great. A very pleasant trip with no traffic. The van ride sucks. The van won't leave until every seat is occupied, My van trip was the worst of my life. The driver passed thousands of vehicles on the trip and I only counted two that passed him. The only time he'd slow down a bit is when he was talking on his mobile phone. The second time I figured I'd stay overnight in Trat and then take the bus from Trat to Pattaya. What we did was rent a private van for two to take us from the border to Trat. Much more cost effective though would be booking from Snooky to Trat. Then you can take a first class bus from Trat to Patts for about 300 baht. Conflicting reports on the net as to the schedule. You might want to stay in Trat for one night just to see it. Problem is the worst part of the van trip is from the border to Trat as this is a two lane road and he'd pass vehicles on blind curves at 100 km/hour. On the main road from Trat to Pattaya he never went slower than 140 km/hr except when talking on his mobile phone. But at least no blind curves.

Garry was especially for sitcoms that resonated with the American people. The mid-late 50's were glory days, as least if youwere white. Post Korea and before the turmoil of Vietnam. The birth of rock 'n roll. A little before my time but life was good. It was truly Happy Days and Laverne and Shirley was set in the same era. His other monster hit was Mork and Mindy which allowed Robin Williams to showcase his talent. If any other actor was Mork, then the whole show might have been lame. Mindy played a alien hag. Lucky for her as otherwise she's have to be a fag hag. RIP Garry.
  10. At the airport: I have a different visa than you. I believe a tourist visa is 30 USD so come with some dollars. You'll also need a passport sized photo. ~ Buy yourself a Sim Card and put 2 bucks of load on it. I have CellCard; not really sure which brand is best. You need to show your passport and it's much easier to sort this out at the airport than in town. You pay for the Sim and load in dollars. ~ At the airport it's a very easy 2 minute walk outside the airport gate where you can find tuks tuks for 5 USD. Before you even get outside the gate they'll be trying to get you to choose them. So pick a guy you like and quicky agree on 5 bucks. If for some reason that's not happening quickly them just move on. There will be plenty of tuks tuks to choose from. Although you might be able to beat them up and pay 4 bucks, I recommend paying 5 and having a happy driver for your Phnom Penh experience. You can either say 5 dollars and don't budge. Or you can say 4 bucks and settle on 5. the drivers will only accept dollars or riel and strongly suggest you have exact change. If there's a torrential downpour you may not want the 2 minute walk so there's an option to pay extra inside the airport. But when you get to the area in the airport where you would arrange for the airport tuk tuk just walk to the left on the road and you will be quickly outside the airport. I personally enjoy the tuk tuk trip into the city. Loved it the first time and every time since. Gives you a flavor of the city. My favorite trip from the airport to the city of every city in the world.
  11. I don't know much about the current state of Drinking Street, which is a pretty good name for a beer bar complex. Probably haven't been there in 5 years. As I recall there were a couple popular ladyboys working there back in the day so it got lots of good word of mouth on the forums that were popular at that time. Stopping in on the way to Naklua is a good idea. You might find a hidden gem GT. Drinking Street is easy enough to get to but not easy to get home from if you don't like riding on motobikes. If you're staying on Soi Buakhao there is no really good way to get home by baht bus without forcing a ladyboy in heels to walk further than she'll want to. I stayed in that area on my first three trips because the converse is true. It wasn't always easy getting to places from my hotel but it was quite easy to get back home from anywhere in Pattaya.
  12. Just giving this a bump.
  13. I'll take the "over" on this one. I think 123K would be the number for just Pattaya. If their point is that Thailand has lots of sex workers then that does't show it because using those nembers Cambodia has more per capita sex workers than Thailand.

It appears that the Poolside Rooms have Double beds while the cheaper Standard Rooms have Queen beds. Being by the pool is nice though. But even if sleeping alone I like the biggest bed possible so I'm for Queen and Country!

At some point maybe two years ago Canadia started charging a fee for my Mastercard. At one point it was free. "Think" they charge extra for Visa but I've heard this is another bank that doesn't. Have to look it up. If you have lots of credit/debit cards, it's a good idea to bring more than one just in case and one should be a Visa Card. Not really sure where is the best place to change pounds to dollars as it's an issue that that doesn't apply to me. Btw, thanks for mentioning travellers checks as I have some 15 year old AMEX checks in $20 denomination which are prohibitively expensive to exchange in Thailand. Maybe I can get rid of them in Cambo.

Looks like a great deal to me Dukey! However, that sort of deal may not be available in November which most hotels consider the beginning of high season. Here's a link to it on our sister site, Asia Hotel and Travel. Reef Resort on Asia Hotel and Travel The Booking.com map is a good one which shows the layout of Ochheuteal Beach. There's a paved walkway along the beach and in back are three parallel roads. Anything from Golden Lion Roundabout to the beach or on those three parallel roads is a good location. On that map where you see Zana Beach Guesthouse is the little street with 10 bars. It's just off the parallel road furthest from the beach. I think it's mislabeled because there was no guesthouse of that magnitude on that tiny bar street unless the street was redeveloped. The big beer bar complex is on the middle of the three roads quite close to Golden Lion Roundabout. Reef Resort on Asia Hotel and Travel The lively late night beach bars such as Dolphin are close to the road that leads from Golden Lion to the beach. Draft Beer is cheap in these bars, usually just a buck which is 35 baht. BBQ on the beach just three bucks with draft beer 75 cents. If you look hard enough you find some places with 50 cent draft (18 baht). ATMs in Cambodia dispense USD which is nice for Yanks because you don't get hit with exchange rate ripoffs although most ATMs charge a $5 fee for withdrawals so take out the maximum money you can in one shot. I change my USD to Riel though since the unofficial street rate is 4000 riel per dollar while at the moneychangers in Phnom Penh you get more than 4000. If you use dollars you wind up paying 2% more for everything. Unless a place as a computerized system you can just give 4000 riel if the cost on the menu is 1USD. Think of the 1000 riel notes as quarters. Btw, only paper money in Cambo; no coins.

There are no direct flights from Thailand to Sihanoukville. Would recommend that that you spend a couple days in Phnom Penh and hire a private minivan just for the six of you for door to door service. Get a case of cold beer and enjoy the ride! This will be the biggest invasion of ladyboy-mongers in Sihanoukville history! The only recent precedent that I know of was when the rear guard of the Red Horse Battalion invaded back in 2011. It's one thing if two or three mates are in town together. But when six guys are on a road trip it's a bonanza for the ladyboys. I would recommend that you stay in the Ochheuteal Beach area (a small part of Ochheuteal is called Serendipty). I don't have any specific hotel recommendations on Ochheuteal though. I used to stay in the Victory Hill area. It was more of a monger/sexpat area while Occheuteal was more of a backpacker area back then. Used to stay at a guesthouse that I found quite charming and could pay by the week or day to use the beautiful pool at a much more upscale hotel just a minute away. I'd go in low season and the upscale hotel was always empty but when I inquired about price they didn't want to budge. Now, I see that at least for low season you can get this place for 20 bucks on Agoda. http://www.asiahotelandtravel.com/index.php/topic/9-cambodia-accommodation/#entry390 At this price it's my strong recommendation for anyone staying on Victory Hill. Note with Agoda their listed price is not the final price. In Pattaya you have to add 17.7% but in Sihanoukville you have to add 23.4%. So some low prices are somewhat deceiving. But I think Occheuteal is where you guys will like much better. There is one dead end street with 10 beer bars and a big complex with about 25. You will find a ladyboy or two sprinkled around these areas. But the real ladyboy action is after midnight at the Ochheuteal beach bars. No barfine! If a ladyboy works on Victory Hill, after her bar closes she'll get on her bike and go down to Occheuteal by these bars. When Randiuno wrote his post JJ's was the best spot. When I was last there it was Dolphin. Could be a different joint now but you will find it easily as these late night backpacker bars are all on the same strip, Btw, you don't want to stay on Independence Beach, Hawaii Beach, Sohka Beach or Otres Beach. They are not suitable for mongers.
  18. Nirun Condo is a low end condo complex between 3rd Road and Sukhumvit near Pattaya Klang. I've heard you can buy there for as little as 500K baht. They even have a couple of swimming pools. Mix of Thais and farngs.
  19. I stayed at Sundance for a few months and was more or less happy although the stairs were steep and the staff was never very anxious to clean up dogshit. They now have a sister location that's a very quick walk to the Street 104 bar area and cheaper than the original location. Not sure how quiet it is; might depend on which side of the guesthouse you're in but the price is right and it icludes free brekkie on Agoda and I think unlimited coffee. Have never actually looked at the rooms though. http://www.asiahotelandtravel.com/index.php/topic/11-phnom-penh-accommodation/page-2?p=701#entry701 I am not sure how quiet this
  20. Welcome back Rukki! I was addicted to Cityville for a couple of years. It was so bad that if I took a piss in the middle of the night, I'd do a quick update.
  21. Well the good news in all of this Unc is that I'll get a chance to see you in PP. Just got home will eventually get to the questions Syl didn't get to. What Sylvester says is spot on. The bar with the highest ratio of LBs is Island Bar on Street 118. Candy Bar on Street 136 also has a few but since that's a much bigger bar the ratio is lower. There's also an after hours joint with no barfine that they gravitate to in the wee hours at Golden Sorya Mall. I'd know the name if I heard it, and know exactly where it but I can't remember the name. I don't enjoy going out alone and interacting with bargirls. But would be fun to be your wing bro. I'll show you the travel agent that handled my Cambo visa as well as the second and third choices if you want. They gave excellent service and had the lowest price for Cambo visa extensions. Would guess their price for Thai visas would also be competitive. Btw, In what way did the Extension of Stay" or what's commonly known as as "Retirement Visa" change? Thanks for the heads up about the changes with Air Asia. I had just assumed that their carryon rules were the same as everyone else, which I believe is a 7kg carryon in certain dimensions plus a laptop case.
  22. July 19-20 are Buddha Days. I suspect most bars will be closed or at least not legally serving booze. Maybe some hotel bars are exceptions. Should be a busy day for TF. Or you can check out ladyboys here on Ladyboy Review. If you clcik the box that says Ladyboys then you won't see the guys. http://www.ladyboyreview.com/ladyboyreview-search
