    Today could possibly be the day of the Crash of 2020. Oil prices plunged 25%. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies are plunging. Asia markets are tanking. As of this writing, the Japan market is down 6% and the Thailand market is down 6.77%. The Thailand market closes for an hour and a half lunch break every day and will reopen at 2PM Buckle up if you're in the market. Treasury yields are taking a dive again today and if you have access to brokered CDs then you might be able to scoop up some at artificially low price/high interest rate on platforms such as Fidelity as brokered CDs are not an "efficient" market in the very short term in the Secondary market (not original issue by banks). This might not be the best time to book flights as with oil plummeting by 25%that will impact airfare but there will be somewhat of a time lag until prices adjust.

    She may have gotten a bit unlucky as not everyone gets the same question in that round though they do at the end. The Flippers tend to prep well for the questions. Thais are saying that their contestant flubbed her final question. Ms Mexico managed to pull off a good answer, Unstoppable, without appearing too egotistical. Quite the evening gown. Cut well and fit her well! I don't like the capped teeth of Miss Mexico and Miss Philippines though. Miss Brazil has a sensual face. Perhaps hung too! Miss France has style and personality.

    So the way I'm reading it is if the fare for the new flight you want is higher priced you would have to pay the fare differential. But if the new fare is lower you would not get a refund of the difference (does not explicitly say that). And cannot cancel and book at a lower rate. I think if they cancel your flight, then you have a choice of refund or rebooking

    Irie Bar is the video above is a reggae bar in northern Long Beach (Phra Ae) with a Monday Night party. Also on Mondays in southern Long Beach is the quiz night at the Irish Embassy, a sports bar run by good blokes.. Both of these bars are on the main road. Tuesday night party is at Pangea Bar right on the beach in central Long Beach. So on and so on... There are bars where you can buy weed such as Korner Bar on the southern tip of Long Beach. Can also smoke weed at many bars in Khlong Khong including Freedom Bar, probably the biggest party bar on the island especially on Saturday. I also presume that Cannabis Bar is weed friendly and at Mushroom Bar you can indulge in Shroom Shakes. Not a good island for mongering but there is a strip of bars in the southern part of Khlong Dao with even some ladyboys available.

    BANGKOK (Reuters) - The Thai government on Thursday announces new compulsory quarantine measure for arrivals from four countries and two territories in a bid to contain the spread of the coronavirus. The move came as the Thai postal service began disinfecting all packages received from overseas, although the World Health Organization has said it is safe to receive post from badly affected countries such as China. The quarantine announcement, published in the official Royal Gazette on Thursday, classified South Korea, China, Macao, Hong Kong, Italy and Iran as “dangerous communicable disease areas”. This means that all arrivals from these places, including those that transit through them, will have to provide the authorities with their address and travel plan and be self-quarantined for 14 days. “Thais and foreigners who came from these places will have to go through self-quarantine for 14 days at home or in a hotel room, where they have to report themselves to the authorities every day or officials will come to check on them,” health ministry spokesman Rungrueng Kitphati told Reuters. Those that breached the quarantined will face 20,000 baht ($630) fine, Rungrueng said. Arrivals who display coronavirus symptoms will be send directly to government hospitals. The order will be effective from Friday.

    The New York City number is probably just the official count of people sleeping on the street or in train stations, subways, etc. But I'm pretty sure NYC has more homeless people than LA but there are many more shelters in NYC and also more subsidized housing. Perhaps cities with cold winters are somewhat morally obligated to provide shelter. There is definitely a correlation between homelessness and rental price. The glamour cities all have extremely high homeless populations. This year's Super Bowl was between Kansas City and San Francisco. Rents in San Francisco are about triple that of Kansas City.     Same here. Skyscanner gives me a good overview and is my starting point for all searches. But if Skyscanner shows a bucket shop with a price slightly lower than their price with the airline, I'll go with the airline.
