But when I couldn't partake, I just told them I didn't have time. Guess they understood I'd be back sooner or later. No doubt there's more to the story, but even so, what could he have said that would justify attempted murder? The scuffle between the two means little to me, and wouldn't stop me from visiting the bar; however, the fact that the girls wouldn't cooperate with the police takes the bar out of my rotation. totally agree 100 %.....really don't care what happened between the two...the fact, as you say,,,,it was attempted murder. evidence of a clear state of declining mental health...we have now a potential killer on the loose Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I agree with you on the first part this wouldn't put me off the place , I quite like it for one or two drinks and this could have happened in any bar . And attempted murder raises things to a quite different level. I wanted nothing to do with him in the first place, but got dragged into something especially ridiculous. I was simply trying to walk down a street I'd walked down hundreds of times before, and he was particularly physical as I tried to pass, was somehow insulted when I pulled myself from his grasp, and then proceeded to follow me and verbally abuse me as I walked away. Based on this statement it sounds like he was just walking by and got the wrath of Cherry for some reason. Maybe Cherry got a not so friendly No from a possibly intoxicated person? I remember this. It was a swedish professor living in Tx, i believe. The similarities are striking, this lady even looks a bit like Cherry. I know she was convicted for murder one, but not sure if she's sentenced yet. Anyone following the Jodi Arias trial? She was also convicted for murder one stabbing and shooting her boyfriend earlier this year. She's facing death penalty (in Arizona, of course, prosecutor Martinez seeking capital punishment) in the sentencing re-trial in September.
