Not a bad day for late May, mostly sunny, and with June a couple of days away the tune really got me in the summer mood as I wandered by the shoreline. Just something about this song reminds me of the long, balmy summer days of my youth. I am sure most of us have a particular song or two that gives us that nice summer buzz. Read an article yesterday how this was the most lucrative song of all time for any artist, it alone has brought him over $100 million U$ with all the product tie-ins, clubs, etc., the only other properties that compare to it are well merchandised films, so I guess there are a few others that connect with this as well.
