What's your favorite way to download music from Spotify, Soundcloud, and Youtube to MP3s or other formats?

Conditions:

1) Must be a webpage; not an app

2) Must be free.

3) Music quality must be good; minimum bit rate if MP3 must be 320 kbps.

Which format will give the best audio quality?

No idea. I just cancelled my Spotify premium. Sad but youtube is my source for music these days. I miss vinyl

I stopped using Apps before covid. When I want to listen to music, I use either Youtube or Youtube Music.

FLAC gives the best quality, though failing that I would use MP3's at 320kbps. You could also try Soulseek and see if you can download complete tracks/albums instead of re-encoding them.
