Looks like entry is going to be slow.

I too have been coming to the same conclusion, it just seems more expedient running it through Bangkok then we are free quicker and able to be on our way to Pattaya .

It's to do with a reclassification of all bars to restaurant license status thereby giving them the opportunity to sell alcohol once the ban on restaurants serving is up on Dec 1st. I know you couldn't make this shit up !

Even though the Thailand Pass is supposed to be that you only need to have your QR code scanned and then good for entry, it's still a good idea to have the paper copies as back up ready to show if need be. Richard Barrow had a situatiion where the Thai airlines staff did not even have a QR reader to scan His QR code regarding His insurance.
