Katty Bar defo has a home field advantage on LBR but being that far ahead surprises me too. For the most part the bars that have 4 or more votes either promote themselves on LBR or BB knows the girls and they like having their pics taken by him so perhaps it is a bit of out of sight, out of mind.

Everything is quite vague as to the pricing of long baht bus rides. I have heard that once a a baht bus coming from Jomtien crosses Pattaya Klang it's 20 baht but nothing is posted anywhere and as you say the driver is not super clear who is who anyway. I never have trouble with baht bus drivers as I always pay for my ride with 10 baht exact change no matter how short the ride is and then walk away towards the back of the baht bus so he can't run me over if he is in a bad mood that day. Going from Jomtien to Pattaya, often the driver kicks everyone off at Pattaya Tai, sometimes turns on Pattaya Klang especially if he didn't pick up anyone recently and the bus is rather empty, and often turns at the Dolphin Roundabout. Bythe way, late last night the trip from Naklua to Soi 13/1 took only about 10 minutes and there was an extremely attractive ladyboy on the bus headed to WS.

For me the side effects of Viagra are much worse than Cialis. I feel it in my nose, but unlike a Pinnochio boner, I feel the circumfrence of my nostrils expanding. Forget Best Ladyboy Bar in Thailand, I think TJ's is the Best Bar in the World! Just got back from there a few minutes ago. If my personal favorites, I'd have Katty Bar on the list but it is really more my local than a destination that is going to wow people.

At the main branch of Super Rich Thailand the difference between their Buy and Sell Rate is usually just 3 or 4 satang. Looking at the historical rate for December 31st it was 23 satang, a huge difference. They didn't know what was happening on such a volatile day so were trying to protect themselves. But I clearly remember looking yesterday at that same historical rate and it was 40 satang. So I think they manually changed that day after the fact to perhaps a time of day when it was less extreme. https://www.superrichthailand.com/#!/en/exchange I was flying buy on a baht bus and got a glimpse of Kasikorn's rate. As xyzzy mentioned before it appears they are trying to be competitive with TT in Pattaya.

At the Revenue Office where all signs are in Thai. The words on these signs are much different than the words used in bar banter. If you do have a Thai bank account suggest that you ask what they need to stop tax withholding. At Kasikorn supposedly I stopped the withholding last month but they said today only one screen was updated so they updated another one. Need to file a return to get my refund for tax year 2019 but want to get everything sorted so nothing is withheld in 2020. A problem is that they will not direct deposit tax refunds and may not be in Thailand to cash their check.

One soi over on Soi Post Office where Lita Bar is located a farang was killed by his own fireworks. RIP A British tourist has been pronounced dead after a firework exploded last evening on Soi 13/2 in Central Pattaya. Captain Nakarat Nonsrilard of the Pattaya City Police was notified of the incident at 12:30AM on Soi 13/2 near Second Road and the Miami gogo. Police, emergency responders and The Pattaya News rushed to the scene. The British man, 51, had sustained serious face injuries and was found at the scene in critical condition. He was named by Pattaya Police as Mr. Gary McLaren. Despite the best efforts of medical staff he was later pronounced dead at the scene. A large firework was found on the ground nearby and taken as evidence. A 24 year old witness, Ms. Wassana Nguantai, told The Pattaya News reporters that Mr. McLaren had tried to light the firework two times but failed. It is believed the firework was faulty and exploded on the ground while Mr. McLaren was attempting to light it a third time. Pattaya Police are continuing their investigation and contacting the British Embassy and relatives of Mr. McLaren. Officially, fireworks are against the law to be lit without a proper license and trained personnel but were widely available on New Year’s Eve, being sold by various street vendors across the city.
