I did my first Songkran again in many many years ( maybe 20 odd ) in the back of a pick up truck with my GF and 5 other Thai's. We drove around for 5 odd hours from 10 am and it was a really good fun. 90% of people including Farangs were taking it in the spirit it was intended and a pleasure to let the younger kids douse and powder this Farang's face every other stop. There was plenty of ice water delivered on me and all in the truck from the Thia's and we stopped a good few times and bought large chucks of ice too, to return the favour. All in good fun though. I bailed out at 5pm ish to get home ( enough for me ) but I did see a Thai half under VW bettle and not moving with his scooter up the road a bit. Plenty of people drinking I guess and I even turned away many offers of beer too. The morning after and going around the island there's absolutely no sign of what had taken place the day before..... perfect for me and now back to normal. But then this Samui and its a whole diverent ball game to Pattaya. Thankfully not all Pattaya Songkran people are wankers, but all Songkran wankers go to Pattaya

I agree with Rossco that by having a 'normal' life outside the bar scene is essential. This means that when u go into town on the hunt its a buzz and exciting again. Also using the internet to meet local 'working' and non P4P girl's is fun too To much of the same thing breeds bordom especially around booze. Plus of course the down side of ending up looking like a stuffed sausage with a pickled nose This is a wonderful place to stay with a wild west style of living that offers the type of freedom to enjoy many things we couldnt in our home countries, Just got to remain grounded and stay in the background. Im 4 years in next month and cant believe how quick that has gone by, not having scatched the surface yet with plans and idea's for adventures in and around Thailand. The secret too is to have interests and passions rather than wondering around aimlessly, but that applies to life in general really " think to yourself there is nowhere on the earth I want to be more " Yep still have that feeling

I guess this story is well placed here as I wont forget this experience in a hurry being very memorable. Over the the last 7/8 years of LB indulgence's I have been lucky enough to encounter numberous sorts of situations and P4P girls good bad and beer goggle lovely, freebe encounters and pushing my boundaries and comfort zones through the roof........ all very enjoyable, but all these are mostly simular and me being the pursuer. It was July 2013, 12.15pm hot and sticky and lunch time for Thai workers and I was in my place in Samui and just finished doing some work in the house so was showering. I heard a noise lower down and went to investigate dressed in a towel as theft is rift here. My house was open as its still being finished and worked on. Walking up my stairs was a worker from the building site lower down my soi I'd exchanged smiles and air kisses with but no more than that as it's good to flirt.This had happened for a few weeks previous. She was a LB bricky / cement worker with a nice smile and face and preceeded to kiss me and grab my growing member. We moved into the shower room with me barely clutching the towel and she started to suck me until I finally finished giving her a lunch time dessert special. Although she didnt expect anything in return I gave her some baht and off she went. A few days later she was gone as were the other workers because the house was as good as done and Ive never seen her since. Certainly not a every day encounter but nothing surprises me here any more.

Hi Siam Sam My friend rents a place in View Talay condo's 2nd Building so i got these details for u. The location is about 50 meters before the turning to Jontiem beach on the opposite side ( left as your heading down the hill ) They have all sorts of room styles and a lovely massive pool too with all facilities. The lady that rents and organises all the rooms there is Pui +66 819 4018 72 She has email but takes a week or so to answer and this is the only way to initially speak to her They get rented out quickly. A serious relationship with a LB meaning such things as living together, being comitted and helping them with their day to day lives etc etc.... NO But then that applies to GG's aswell as this type of relationship isn't featured in my future idea's... but never say never. Would i like a relationship with a LB ? Yes... and I do thankfully enjoy a few at present, living here is the key and these are of the type that suits me and my needs, and of course their's too... win win for all involved. Personally there's just to many things to do and enjoy outside a seious relationship but then it depends on your character, needs and where your interests lie.

Well I did that 3 and a half years ago and didnt know how I would feel long term as I had to be either all in or all out, but havent regretted so far. What does the future hold and whats coming next ?? Dont know but then, for me thats the fun of life. If u do that then u deserve to have the same treatment in return and shouldn't be in a 'loving' relationship anyway, but insecurity plays a roll and alot of guys want there cake and eat it. In my opinion if your in serious relationship then u should go and do the things u enjoy ( or find somethings ) and not put yourself in the way of tempation. That way she will be an enjoyable bonus to your life when u do have time together. Thanks guys for the Titan and Om update I wasnt sure of the outcome and sad to hear of the end result.
