  1. The issue depends on main purpose on what the forum was established to do. If a forum is a place where the main purpose is to share information, I would assume that people posting on such a site should not expect that their writings be exclusive. On the other hand if a forum has as a main purpose to showcase personal writing and ideas, then I would expect that the original poster should expect some sort of IP protection. Ultimately IP protection would probably only become enforceable/or open to legal action if some sort of monetary gain or loss can be attributed to IP infringement. If you are posting your works free of charge and then it gets reproduced somewhere else credited to you free of charge I would be of the opinion that no IP infringement took place. If however your works were posted somewhere else without attribution and someone was making $$$ from it, clearly there is a case. Of course as I mentioned this is speculation. If you are truly concerned about IP, then copywrite the works you are interested in protecting, or don't post them up free of charge on forums.
  2. Ahh, yes, Sam, a cheer for Canada! Good stuff, but she didn't make it too far in the competition. The evening gown segment continues!
  3. NonnyMouse, you've done a great service sharing your experience here. Too many guys participating in p4p assume the great bugaboo of STDs is HIV - yet syphyllis, gonorrhea and chlamydia are also serious infections. In fact drug resistant gonorrhea is becoming more common - so the stark reality is that barebacking is extremely risky, not only for contracting HIV, but also everything else. It's far better to cover up and use a condom. I'm glad your case turned out ok, and you didn't end up like Idi Amin or Robert Mugabe with untreated syphylllis spread to the central nervous system (brain and spinal column).
  4. More photos. This is Som-Oh, a famous Thai lb who was Miss Star of Calypso, 1999, starred in a movie Called Saving Private Tootsie and worked as a model in New York. The other MC is Gokgorn Benjathikulan, an actress who starred in the Satree Lek (Iron Ladies) movie about an lb volleyball team.
  5. Here's a news video of a Thai ladyboy who may be on her way to becoming a star in China.
  6. It's a sidewalk bar, that uses a cart as a setup. It is not associated with the the business it is in the front of, except that it may be paying rent for the sidewalk space.
  7. Ahh, soc999 - the best is yet to come! More photos of National costume . . .
  8. Yes, BB - she was Nong Jazz, Miss Tiffany Universe 2009. Unfortunately she had bad relationships with most of the other lbs - was unable to turn her title into worthwhile career opportunties. She was "banned" by many lbs, which may have contributed to her decision to become a monk. She isn't all that old - probably later 20's.
  9. Here's another thread that is related to this one: http://www.ladyboyreview.com/forum/index.php?/topic/793-what-do-you-think-about-older-ladyboys/?hl=older I think there are many other older lbs outside of p4p we don't know about. Many of them have opened their own businesses that we probably don't visit.
  10. More photos of the national costumes , , ,
  11. Hoot, thanks for the comments and the link! The photographer does make Pattaya look great!
  12. Lung if you use Internet Explorer or Firefox, you can add a spellchecker as an add on to the browser.
  13. You can link images from the Gallery to your posts on the forum by using the image button on the tool bar. You should be able to link more than 10 images in a post, as that is the upload limit.
  14. Hope it all works out! This is taking a chance - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
  15. TC, voice is a little deep there - but seriously cute when all made up. Just not sure once all the make up, wig and padding is off.
  16. Snick, I will check. It's usually held in December - will send you a pm once I find out the details. In the meantime - more photos!
  17. Hi Azza Great find! Although the commentator did get a detail wrong - The Tiffany Cabaret Show is in Pattaya and not Patpong. Of note is that Miss Tiffany Universe 2012, Jele - is part of the team. This is actually not the first time an lb team has competed in the King's Cup Elephant Polo tournament. There have been teams in 2003 - 2004. This team was called The Screwless Tuskers, here's the link to the news about them: Corkscrew Balloon. Some of their photos: 2004 2003 The Tiffany team is probably the best looking one to join the tournament!
  18. NoMercy91 - there is no hair salon that is 100% lb staffed in Bangkok - but certainly Nuch has a few on staff and has had some good reports.
  19. BB, thanks - but in this case, not a lot of commentary as I don't know much about the contestants. In the meantime, more photos.

    Dashlane

I would suppose that the e-mail address is required to verify your registration - in which case an inactive e-mail account won't work. The other possibility is that the e-mail account may be used to recover or reset your password for Dashlane, in case you forgot the password for it. So an inactive e-mail account is likely a bad idea.
  21. Hefe, there is a difference between a legal marriage ceremony where the couple are officially registered by government officials as "legally married" and a temple wedding, which is a marriage ceremony without legal status. Sometimes lbs even have the western style ceremony in LOS, but it has no legal standing. There is a movement going on to try and get legal status for same sex marriage in LOS - but it is a very low priority for the current government.
  22. Swedeman007, yes, she is quite lovely and caught my attention! What I find ironic is that she plays the "man" in their talent skit. More photos . . .
