  1. Elaine...I'm surprised I chose someone exotic over her... I picked giddyapp too
  2. A couple of years back a few of us were walking down Pattaya Tai where all of the food stalls set up at night. We were on the street side. Without warning sweet little Kung grabs my arm and we separate from the group walking hand in hand. Heads turned in formation as we strolled toward down the street outside of the food stands. It was a little late for the tour busses but that certainly would have been a great show for them...little old me proudly strolling with 7' of Kung in heels In this case, it was a freak show for the locals! Just another normal evening in Pattaya
  3. When it's to our advantage. I think that it's safe to say that what my country doesn't know about the intricacies and subtleties of Thai politics and culture is a lot! IMO this is one that the US should probably stay out of (if thats at all possible).
  4. I would have to say that my most memorable time was also my first. It was in 2005 with Geng the cute little Tootsie massage girl. This was an itch that definitely needed to get scratched. After that, I was sold. Since then I have certainly had much wilder and more adventurous experiences but I really enjoyed my first. The anticipation, trepidation, the discovery...these are amazing feelings that are almost impossible to re-create later on. That was my first trip to Thailand. I booked a follow-up visit within 3 months of returning home and continued my R and D at Guess 1. Really, no better way to start IMHO
  5. I'm still planning on arriving Feb 4. Only change I might make is to head straight to Pattaya instead of staying in BKK. It definitely feels weird to be arriving 2 days after the scheduled election. I think that this latest cold spell here in the Northeast has convinced me to give it a go. I hope that the girls take a liking to me and keep their shoes on in Nidcha Bar PD!
  6. Try "Just My Luck" starring Lindsay Lohan. I challenge anyone to watch the whole thing
  7. I think that it costs a lot to heat a castle
  8. Ditto! Happy New Year!
  9. Charles Ramsey - the man who (along with his neighbor) rescued Amanda Berry after she had been held in captivity for 10 years...these are his Greatest Hits from last week...
  10. This is very bad news for Pattaya :'( It wont be the crowds of Russians, but it will be hoards of new ladyboy lovers from Stickman who are now crossing over to the darkside descending upon Thailand causing a severe ladyboy shortage and, with that, God forbid, higher ladyboy prices! Stickman has a lot of readers. I hope that there are enough ladyboys to go around :-) I must say, I understand the writers feelings and his enthusiasm! Welcome aboard Pretender!
  11. It's very nice to see everyone out on the street now. Very scary week...
  12. "The Legend" I too was delighted today to log on and see your trip report. It's great to see you here!
  13. I also agree...great read, all very interesting. I too hope to travel there soon...
  14. I would probably opt for Business Class if I had the miles as I can afford to buy coach tickets but cannot afford to shell out for Business. Cathay Pacific Business is really nice. For the long haul segment (777-300) you have your own "pod", not unlike first class just smaller. The seat reclines fully. I really like having my own space and nobody next to me. On my last trip, I was able to fly business class using miles. I took a look at Premium Economy on Cathay and would certainly consider that (aisle or 1st row) if affordable and paying with cash. The seats didn't look too painful. These days, I don't even buy a cup of coffee without using my milage card! Overall, I find myself much happier on Asian carriers vs American ones. The service almost always seems to better and friendlier.
  15. Btw, the blonde hair is now more a reddish-brunette. A very nice look for her imho.
  16. Thanks SS. I didn't ask her about her time away but she did say that she had taken some time off for a year to relax. Just wanted some time off.
  17. Finally was with her last week for the 1st time. Like some, I never felt physically attracted to her. But something happened when she looked at me in there and I had to ask her over. From the moment she sat down next to me, everything was perfect. From that point on, I felt as though I was the most important person in her life. It is absolutely remarkable how well liked she is. Walking back to the hotel via Soi 4 was an amazing experience...every lb we passed (many) gave her a big smile and a greeting. At each instance, Cindy would briefly have a few words, they would exchange smiles, and then we would move on. I felt like I was walking hand-in-hand with a super popular celebrity or a charismatic politician. Back at the hotel, everything was all that you could ever want it to be. A perfect experience in every way. I have no idea why I waited this long. RJS
  18. Have a great birthday Snick!!!!
  19. In the first clip in the restaurant both drinks are represented, coke machine and pepsi tablecloth. An unheard of thing in the States. A little obscure, yes....sorry (note to self, stay off internet when brain dead...) Love the ladyboy version!
  20. Both Coke and Pepsi in the same scene...you never see that happen in the "real" world :) (am I paying attention to the wrong thing here?)
