She was telling me last night that she had fights at school with boys and girls who picked on her because she was ladyboy. She said she had strong legs from playing football, and did Muy Thai, and beat them! Sunny is going home at end of March I think, for Army check - I think they will accept she is a ladyboy!

Thailand has one of the higher suicide rates in the world. World Health Organisation figures for 2016 put Thailand at #43 with 12.9 suicides per 100,000 people. US was higher at #34 with 13.7 per 100k - I'd guess that has something to do with easy access to guns. UK was #109 with 7.6 per 100k. I just googled Thai mental health. It seems that despite our conception of a happy society because of the smiles, Thais have a similar proportion of mental health problems to Western society, around 20% experiencing mh issues. But there is a greater stigma in Thai society, and generally in Asia, to admit to having mental problems, and also fear of incurring costs for treatment.

I saw a 4 or 5 year old kid wearing one of those garments with the hood up, in the swimming pool at Jomtien Water Park this morning. If they made them ankle length they could be used for burial shrouds.

I don't know what the Thai mental health support system is like but I suspect it is fairly basic.

Rom it may not be that BMs aren't interested in your gg adventures - I was. But we only have a limited number of daily 'likes' so have to ration them. I didn't 'like' that report initially as I didn't have any left, but have given one now.

Cheeky git! Actually Sunny attended to me again last night and only left an hour ago. I don't need life support but might need to take the rest of the day to recover.

I'll have you know it cost me £80 in 2008. One of the cheaper digital compacts in Currys. As with most digital stuff you can now get better cameras for less.

But if you had been there Teya would have taken off the dress and danced in her underwear! I'm here for one more Monday night, probably my last night in Katty Bar as I usually stay in the night before I fly out as I have to get up by 6am. I'll try to take some more pics but the camera keeps dying, then coming to life a day or two later. It gets quite warm so I think the battery is knackered. Maybe I'll get a new camera for next year.

Nice to see you on lbr again @Paleface! I said hello to you in TJs at Pee's birthday party ('me Tonto!'). As to buying boobs I don't have any experience either, but if you can afford to go for it. It will make Maya a very happy ladyboy.

I hadn't noticed these garments before, but after bbg mentioned them I have started seeing them everywhere. Are you going to get one bbg? I saw them on sale in shop in Thappraya Road for 250 Baht, but I expect a long time resident of Jomtiengrad like you could negotiate a dscount.

40.50 for £ this morning.

I've been getting from 39.18 to the £ when I arrived 2 weeks ago to 39.85 over the last 3 days. Yesterday it was 40. This morning it's 40.3. Still less than the 43-44 I was getting last January. It will be interesting to see how the £ fares after we leave the EU at 11pm GMT on Friday. I fear a fall, but I hope I'm wrong.

It was nice to meet some of the guys on lbr last night at Katty Bar. But I'm hungover today!

Good of the bar bosses to come over to Katty Bar. I missed it too. First quiet night in since I've been here. Still I should be there for the Teya and Sunny show tonight.
