BF of 1000 thb seems high. Is that at CIB or are all BF's now 1000 thb. I thought pre-covid BF was 300 to 700 thb.

Well based on your NEP report, it is shrinking for LB bars/Go-Go's. Why would so many close within proximity of the same time frame. Only 1 remaining...sounds like shrinkage to me. They where at one time big money makes or there would not have been so many LB bars at NEP.....so what really changed. Yeah, movement to mon & pop shops seems like a reasonable conclusion. But, can weather a storm. The "only fans" phenomena suggested is not a good sign. Regardless, you get lack of supply and cost creep. I have wondered, where if ever there would be another Thailand pop up. I think it takes the right mix of economic and cultural factors to create another TH.

I think it's Jane's best acting job. Finally, the sleeper of them all is Sleepers. Very intense, pure street with great actors, but no star.
