I don’t have any details just now QG I’m afraid. I’m presuming the LBs were there for the party and that this may be Em’s version of a regular GG music and sports bar. Again pure speculation but it wouldn’t make sense really to have the ladyboys spread out over two venues if the locations are not side by side. -

According to Em she is opening a second bar shortly, if it’s not already open. From what she said I get the impression it’s near TJs . Maybe Aitch has some more details of what’s happening. Anyway there is a party there on 26 August for anyone in town.

I have found it depends on how desperate they are for cash and lady drinks, but some are naturally pushy be it their personality or pressure from management. I seldom enter a bar alone, so I just tell them I want to chat with friends tonight and not looking for a lady. Once the girls know your face they tend to know the score and leave you alone if that’s what you want :) -
Looking forward to hearing this old Thai gem next time I get back. The missus never says it funnily enough, but as soon as I heard it it triggered memories of good times in general in Los:)
