I have fond memories of auditioning for what was to come later in the Linda Bar toilets

so i went in there today to see if they were still doing their Tuesday afternoon trips there, I went there 2 weeks in a row last year and its a total blast, anyways the manager (his name escapes me) told me that unfortunately they stopped doing them about 6 - 8 weeks ago because BC has been getting raided so much, I know Cherry bar was also doing it last year so I will look into that and report back, but expect they have done the same

This story really took off in the past few days......turns out some overweight guy was dancing at a club in London when some young girls laughed at him and took his photos and posted them to the internet. A group of girls in L.A. were angered by that, set out to find him, and did just that; all within the past 3 days. Now they are raising money to bring him to Los Angleles to have the dance party of a lifetime; he and 1700 girls! They've raised over 27K already and will fly him out there soon; Moby has already said he will DJ for free and with Pharrell Williams and surely some other heavy-hitters coming on board soon this will likely be an awesome event. The bar area is a few mins walking distance from Sukhumvit, where the buses run. When you are in the area, you will see a Tesco Lotus on the right. You will get off the bus a very short distance on the left, at Soi 25. Just before Soi 25 is Soi 23, there is a 7-11 and a doctor's office. Soi 25 has a traffic light, and a big motorcycle shop with a red and white striped facade. All the bars and Camel Inn and the Chang Inn Hotel are on Soi 25. Not sure quite what happened on Soi Lengkee on Saturday night, as I was walking down there I got near junction at Soi Buakhao and suddenly heard a loud smash of glass. When I looked up there was a door off it's hinges, luckily all the glass and whatever had been thrown landed in the back of a nearby pickup truck. A older farang guy did appear on the balcony briefly after. There goes his deposit! Spooked me a bit as I nearly walked on that side of the road but switched sides due to the pickup truck being in the way.
