I agree, I think this will be huge in the mainstreaming of transgender issues, and really a lot about raising awareness of gender in general. What can really make it impactful is that this is an athelete, it's not a florist, or an interior decorator. This wasn't somebody that was associated with femininity. This can really do a lot about to challenge people's perceptions of gender. It's a shame they waited so long though.

Well close enough ...There was a lil Bar complex befor they build the new wing off the Flipper House hotel,,old Didi's bar was the first bar befor you go in...I thinks the show bar used to be called Black Ace... And there was another LB show in Soi7 behind the FoxyLady bar..

Down here in beautiful downtown Arizona I think it is illegal to be a transgendered or a transexual or a gay or a faggy person...... Here we got men's restrooms and women's restrooms but nothing for those illegal other folks...I suppose one could use whatever restroom they desired, but keep in mind it is legal, without permit, to carry a weapon in Arizona...So it would be kinda like taking your life, as well as your dick, in your hands if you wandered into the wrong stall.... In short, transgendered folk in Arizona, in the parlance of the toilet business, are shit out of luck................

It seem the current ruling government takes a dim view of places that blantantly use short time rooms. There have been a number of raids recently in/around Pattaya. Just a day or two ago there was a massage thread started here.where I mentioned two certain massage shops. I didn't know it at the time but both places had already been raided. When I walked by a few hours ago at 3 AM the first shop was open but dark the second was shuttered. One massage place down the street that always only has 3-4 LB out front was open as usual but most of the rest of the massage places on Soi Honey where shuttered. Soi Honey was mostly a ghost town at 3 AM. Club 4 (if I have the name correct) was raided today. It is one of maybe 8-10 gentlemans clubs that has been raided recently. While not a staple of LB lovers the gentlemans clubs seem to be getting hit very hard. Soi 6 is operating but a number of bars aren't allowing ST on site. Some are but I got the impression many are not. Per a first hand account from a GG board some foreigners at a gentlemans club that was raided were taken to the police station. It seems one guy didn't have a copy of his passport page/visa/entry stamp and was held for three hours until he could get someone to get his passport.. Again mostly minimal impact on the LB scene, except maybe Soi 6, so far but ST places are drawing a lot of attention. Be careful out there and have a copy of you ID/etc.

Don't need to go anywhere.... I never seen so many LBs walking about in Pattaya like i did on my last trip in December...Just take a seat at any open air bar by one of the soi's ,,,so many will just walk by... And I was thinking few years back how much walking n hunting we use to do to find a sexy LB... But be honest the thing I don't like this days n it's a big turn off for me is so many LBs got big fake silicon bums ... I like my LBs with sexy cute lil ass...

Here in Thailand one can be using the men's room and a female attendent will come in and start cleaning the bathroom or doing other tasks. I don't recall much if any discussion of the topic in the US so I guess the answer is no.
