Kanji (Japanese and Chinese) search words

TR LV

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone.

In recent years, the number of Chinese posts has increased on video posting sites such as YouTube.
People in cultures that use Kanji, such as Japan, can understand it to some extent. However, people in Western cultures will find it difficult to find images and videos posted in Chinese.
So, I created a word list that is useful for searching images and videos related to Ladyboy. (Japanese and Chinese)
When you search for images and video inspections, copy and paste the desired word and use it.

However, I don't understand Korean at all, so I don't include Hangul characters (Korean characters) in the list.

The list is listed in the following order.
[English]
[Japanese]: Japan
[Traditional Chinese]: Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, etc.
[Simplified Chinese]: Mainland China, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.

I use Google translate with Asian languages. It's fairly reliable. Then, I sometimes need to translate the result to correct words (eg "ladyboy with snake" in Thai is a pre-op). In the above list it's funny to read that the word for transgender is translated to "straddle gender". The main difficulty for me doesn't consist in translating but just reading Asian signs. This is why I feel comfortable in Vietnamese and guess what , mandarin sometimes sounds like Vietnamese.

Thanks for your comment.

Google Translate is getting better these days, but you shouldn't blindly trust it.
For example, if you translate the "跨性別者" you pointed out into English with Google Translate, it becomes "Straddle gender". This is clearly the wrong translation.
For example, try a YouTube search for the word "跨性別者". (See attached image). In the search results, videos that talk about transgender with the same word as "跨性別者" will be picked up and listed.
Kanji is an ideographic character. "跨" has the meaning of "straddle" or "cross". "性別" means "Sexual" or "Gender". "者" means "Person". Nothing is wrong with the composition of the characters.

I use Kanji in my daily life. If Google Translate is 100% perfect, I haven't created this list.

If you have any other comments or questions, feel free to comment.

PS
Strictly speaking, "跨性別者" may be closer to the meaning of "Crossdresser" than "Transgender". If you want rigor, you might want to ask someone whose native language is Chinese.

I will try to use it at my best. For the time being, I have only little time left. Even my ladyboy collection is being slowed down.

Do you have links to Chinese forums dealing with ladyboys ?

Sorry. I don't know.
You may find forums in Hong Kong or Taiwan by searching.
Regarding mainland China forums, I don't want to access them because the Chinese government's censorship is horrifying.

Well from time to time you get a flurry of Chinese ladyboy porn on Ashemaletube, when they next do it you could ask the uploader for a forum address. I suspect it would be in the dark internet somewhere, so maybe Tor is an option (but its slow).

Its actually really interesting because they want to get out and look at western stuff and we are the opposite 555.

A Chinese woman tells you about the Ladyboy forum. Wow!!
I hesitate to access the internet to mainland China.

No I mean how to use the Chinese internet, because its same, same but different ;-). Even with the censorship in place.

I would not worry about the Chinese censors, worst thing they can do is block access. Your just back at the start again :-)

Well, it teaches you how to use the Internet in China.
I misunderstood again.

A few years ago, as I was still in PY (LBP), I had found a couple of websites and forums in Chinese. I hadn't really paid attention and wish I had kept the links somewhere in my PC. I guess they belonged to communities in Hong Kong. I will probably find them when I am busy doing something else.

Regarding Lengcj (the Chinese monger), I won't waste my time with him. Some people wanted to make him become a legend as he had posted pics with Pattaya ladyboys in Chinese uniforms. However, he had looked for ladyboys in North Vietnam and ignored he could find ladyboys in Vietnam. He seems to be ignorant on the subject. The last posts I read from him seemed to indicate that he had degrading sex practices or was interested in weired sex practices (fucking ladyboys with buttons.

Thank you everyone for your comments.
I'm sorry I can't comment on something I don't know.
I think that your impression of China varies from country to region and from individual to individual. I live in East Asia (Japan). To me, the nation of China in recent years has only a dangerous impression. In Hong Kong, democracy is on the verge of collapse due to the National Security Law of mainland China. Taiwan is under political and armed pressure from mainland China, and Taiwan has been blocked from introducing the COVID-19 vaccine (Pfizer etc) by China. (Taiwan continues to reject Chinese vaccines because they cannot be trusted.)

(Of course, there are many good Chinese people. I have good Chinese acquaintances.)

I hear that obscenity and pornography regulations on the Internet are strict in China. In addition, there may be restrictions on LGBT in China. Of course, China also has strict political speech control. However, I don't feel that obscene or pornographic information coming out of China is regulated. Given the extraordinary outflow of Chinese pornographic information (images and videos) over the last few years, I wonder if they are political propaganda from China.
Therefore, I feel that there is not much benefit to accessing the Internet in China beyond the firewall. I feel that the amount of information is sufficient just by looking at it from the outside. Of course, different people need different information, so I think there are people who want to access the Internet in China from the outside. But, as you probably already know, accessing the Internet in China beyond the firewall is at your own risk.

I've never spoken such complicated content in English, so I'm sorry if the text is incorrect.

Thank you.

Your English is very good.

Why risky?, worst thing they can do is cut your VPN. If you can read Mandarin. Get in there and explore. After all thats what they do.

Hope you carry on with your translations and future projects.

Wishing you all the best.

I think there is a way to avoid it if the risk can be predicted, but I don't know what kind of risk it has. (I'm sorry for being irresponsible.)
The other day, it was discovered that personal information was leaked from a smartphone application, which is very popular in Japan, to China (probably a government official). This can be avoided by uninstalling the application, but the application was so widespread in Japan that it could not be easily uninstalled. This has become a political issue for Japan and China.
Talking about how to access China in a forum like this should be okay to some extent if you have some knowledge of the Internet. However, there are always people who imitate it easily. No one knows what that person will do on the Chinese Internet. Perhaps some people will install Chinese applications. In addition, China may be aware of security holes we do not know about major browsers. I don't know what will happen. I think it's unwise to discuss easily in public forums just because "I'm okay".

Not knowing what will happen is the same on our internet. But what we are talking about is a communist state with strict media blackouts.

I'm sorry to write a scary story.
I have a distrust of the nation of China, but I love individual Chinese.

Use the search word list I wrote in this thread on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

TikTok etc. are applications made in China, so I can't judge.
(TikTok has different specifications in China and other countries.)

I understand your feeling. We don't fear China that much in Western Europe since we are fairly far from the empire but if we lived as close as Japan, we would fear for our nation, our interests and our freedom.

BTW, could you explain us why Japanese ladyboys are called "newhalf" ? Newhalf is probably the translation in English, but where does it come from ?

There was a Japanese transgender. She said, "I don't want to be called Okama."
(In Japan, the words that express transgender have long been "Okama (MTF)" and "Onabe (FTM)".)
A Japanese celebrity who heard that said, "The children of a Western and Japanese couple are called "Half" in Japan because they are half Western and half Japanese. You are half a man and half a woman, so you are a New Half. "
This story spread and transgender (MTF) people came to be called "Newhalf" in Japan. Therefore, "Newhalf" is a Japanese coined word.

@TR LV

I didn't understand either. And I know very well who Jacques-Yves Cousteau is. (His first name is Jacques Yves, not Jacque). We saw many movies he had done exploring the underwater world. I don't know what an English man is likely to know about his supposed spirit. It's better to try to catch it in the original  version. He used to comment his TV movies as journalists wrote at the beginning of the XXth century.
I am afraid that Fenton's post is just a provocation to f... the thread.

PS : Cousteau's wikipedia page in the original version. Perhaps you can translate this one directly.
Jacques-Yves Cousteau — Wikipédia (wikipedia.org)

About Newhalves : great explanation indeed. I didn't expect the ethymology of "newhalf" to be this one.
