When going to Immigration on Soi 5, it's defo quicker to get off at Hanuman Statue and walk along 2nd Road to Soi 5 than to continue to Beach Road. It seems the lowest point of Jomtien 2nd Road is near Soi 5 which is lower than 2nd Road so the water cascades down Soi 5.
