Breast Implants In Thailand

Probably the lowest price/reasonable quality is Pratunam Polyclinic in Bangkok, which is operated by Dr. Thep. Many Thai lbs go there because of his lower prices and generally good work. The only caveat is that he does not use general anesthesia only local to perform the operation, so post surgery the patient must have a high pain threshold. He also does not charge as much differential fees for foreigners as most This hospitals/clinics do.

The other place lbs say is good is called Suay Ngam clinic in Nonthaburi, a suburb of Bangkok. They do use general anesthesia here. I think the drawback to this place is they don't speak much English.

Giz, good photo there - still looks fairly recent after the operation. Were you the one who got to do the daily massage to help them settle in? :D

So was it the Suay Ngam Clinic or the Pratunam Polyclinic she went to?

Thanks RX!

My friend, a ladyboy who doesn't speak Thai, is investigating breast surgery.

Anyone know the cost of these clinics?

Anyone know of websites of other clinics so she can read about the procedure?

As usual I believe the key for any ladyboy getting new breasts is to; keep it small!!

Thai ladies have small boobs ....it always blows my mind when small Thai ladyboys end up with a pair of tits which belong on a Valley porno actress or Pamela Anderson; it just looks all wrong.

The fluid they put into the breast is measured in CC's; most girls seem to get between 300 and 325CC's of that fluid and in my opinion that is just too big! 250-260 is perfect.....just a cup-full....some tall girls even do 350 or more and that just looks plain freakish.

Not sure where Bailey Jay comes from or where her job was done, but IMO her tits are PERFECT in every way.....

If you click on this link you will see a cute T-girl with awesome tits

Different strokes for different folks here JD.

Bailey Jay does not do a damn thing for me. I like them on the bigger side as long as they fit the host (or would that be hostess)

There is a LB called May that works Temptations in NEP and she has spectacular tits. I have an obligatory session with her during every tour of booty. She has to have the biggest LB tits in NEP and they are truly wonderful to look at and play with. Last time I saw her she was just about to go up country to show the family her new tits for the first time. She was very nervous about her father's reaction. He is aware she had them done but never saw her with them. Oh to be a fly on the wall when the encounter goes down. :)

The other LB tits I was in awe of belonged to Cafae. Her parents bought them for her when she turned 18. She use to work EZY in Pattaya and I was mesmerized with her. Wow what a get set of lung warts and a terrific all round gal. I spent the last 4 days with her before she retired, left Pattaya and returned to school. Probably my best LB experience to date.

Tits R Us :)

Different strokes for different folks

exactly, and that is why Thailand is so much fun!

when I walk into Obsessions, or when I used to anyway, I ONLY looked at the small-titted girls......but for guys who like 'em big there were plenty of them as well!

In a perfect world [for me] they would all look like Bailey Jay.....I think she is one fine shemale :spiteful:

I don't think the doctors suggest big implant sizes. My girlfriend was recommended to get 320 cc implants, but just as she was going under from the anesthesia, she told the doctor to upgrade to 340 cc implants. They turned out great, but as JD wrote too big for a regular Thai lady.

My ex-gf on the other hand decided on smaller implants, probably around 260-280 cc and she is 100% passable.

As far as I know I think silicone and saline implants are available in LOS. Some of the ones mentioned in the internet article such as soya emulsion implants, and saline expandable implants are not available in LOS.

The most common insertion method LOS drs use is via the axillary route (under the armpit), which hides the scar quite well, but makes it harder to accurately place the implant so everything is aligned well. The second most common would be inframammary, so just under the breast fold.

wow, you learn something every day!

I didn't know it was harder to place it by going in under the armpit, but for sure the scar is much better hidden that way.....some of them which are inserted from the bottom of the boob, jeeeesh the scar is so obvious and red and long that it is a real distraction.

My one and only GF from the past 10 years {I wrote about her in the extortion story} had 250's installed, one of her sponsors paid for them; they were perfect for her little 5'2" frame. I would guess Bailey Jay above had about the same size put in....if they are 300 or more I think the girl should be at least about 5'8".

Haven't you wondered why some lbs have bad breast jobs? Nipples pointing different directios, One breast higher than another, or too close to each other? All the result of bad placement, probably because she went to a cheap or inexperienced doctor.

Of course the other contributing factor is not good post surgical care. The breasts must be massaged daily for a number of months to "settle" in properly - something Gizmo knows quite well! :D

Sashy, a beautiful ladyboy from Indonesia wants the breast implants.

http://www.ladyboyreview.com/profile/Sashy/

But she is quite concerned about traveling to Thailand not even being sure about the cost or whether they will accept foreigners. She would feel allot better about it if they had a website.

Feel free to contact Sashy directly about this if any of you guys can help out.

Any inexpensive hotel recommendations near Pratunam Polyclinic?

Best way from airport is a cab?

Pratunam Polyclinic

I don't know much about Bangkok guys.

Is Pratunam Clinic on a BTS line? Or is it about a 300 baht cab ride?

Sashy is asking me about reasonably priced lodging near the clinic?

It's not on any Skytrain line - I checked Agoda for hotels in the Pratum area - here are a few with excellent prices - but those prices are not always guaranteed.

KC Place Hotel

178/35 Ratchaparop Soi 5, Ratchaparop Road, Pratunam, Bangkok, Thailand 10400

850 Baht a night

S2S Boutique Resort

21/1 Soi Ratchatapan or Soi Mo Leang (Old), Makasan, Ratchaprarop Road, Pratunam, Bangkok, Thailand

632 Baht a night

Cozy Villa Hotel

90/41-44, 90/79-81 Ratchaprarop Rd., Pratunam, Bangkok, Thailand

850 Baht a night

Siam Star Hotel

178/7 Rajprarop 5 Rajprarop Rd Rajthevee, Pratunam, Bangkok, Thailand

679 Baht a night.

Just some advice - hopefully she is not going by herself, as a friend is necessary to help her with post op care. She will be quite sore post surgery, so she should use analgesic medication regularly for the first 5 days or so - on a regular schedule as per instructions, instead of only prn (as needed). It is crucial that she massages the breasts regularly (when the post op pain settles down), to help them "settle in" I suppose you could always volunteer!

I don't think she should take a taxi to the clinic right away, she should settle into her hotel first. Taxi to this area would be around the same as taking a taxi to Nana/Sukhumvit area - around 350 - 400 Baht.
