But he said he had met this one in Pattaya and wanted to avoid him, and in fact had delayed his arrival in Patong in order to avoid this bloke as he's a real pain in the arse. Well, as we went for a visit to soi croc (which was very quiet and not so many honies), there was this John The German! He recognised Huahin and came over to introduce himself to me and Big Peter. He seemed ok at the time, and was very interested to visit HQ, as he had never been. So he returned with us shortly after. At HQ the girls gave him a wide berth. It was as though they had a 6th sense. The girls were all over Big Peter and Huahin like ants to a corpse, but left John alone. After a while this bloke casually asks me if i can roll him a joint!! Ffs! I went ballistic and told him i didn't want to go to a thai jail thanks very much, and if he wanted a spliff he should fuck off (my exact words). I've got nothing against people indulging in a bit of weed but to do it openly in my bar is just insane. He fucked off, as i suggested, looking chastened. I think he might be back in Pattaya today. Huahin told me stories about how he would turn up at Sensations carrying his own drinks, and with various Thaifriendly girls on his arm! This bloke knows how to endear himself to barowners! During that time we've had to deal with potholes waist deep, floods,dust or mud, depending on the season, like you wouldn't believe. This is the second crane that's been tipped over inside a week! Great to feel the vibe when a good crowd are in, making friends, and having a good time. Its what makes being a barowner such fun. Not cheap at 800-1,000 Bt (depending on the size of animal you want to cuddle). I took the 900 Baht option, for a "small" cat. You get to spend about 15 minutes in the cage playing gently with these incredible creatures. I'm not a fan of zoos and the like, but the tigers seemed content and well cared-for.
