Cat's Place wasn't really a short-lived bar nor was it located in Sunee....It was located on a small Soi on the way to Sunee for some, but much closer to TukCom than to Sunee...If you walked down with PD you would always pass by Cat's......PD didn't like the trek down Soi 16/17 for fear of getting run down by a passing motor contraption of some sort.......Didn't blame him, I was fearful of the motorbikes as well..So I used to travel to Sunee the back way....Yep, there is a back entrance to Sunee Plaza...What ever would Sunee be without a backdoor........ In the day I agree the right LB Bar may have been a success in Sunee...There were evenings when the crowd at Corner Bar would have easily supported a dedicated LB bar....I could envision that a relaxed LB bar kinda like Corner Bar minus the sillycone slut factor of other LB bars but with the femmy factor, might draw a certain crowd...But sadly those days are apparently gone.... Hopefully not forever........... Maybe one day your wish will come true Sam.........

Respectfully RX I am well aware of Ms Jolie's reasoning for her huge (Trump's favorite word) breasts...Probably more so than you are... My sister died from breast cancer...My mother had a double mastectomy...My daughter's mother (my former wife) died from breast cancer.... My daughter is obviously scared shitless...She was obsessed with the disease and had test after test...Went to specialist after specialist...And they all told her there is NO guarantee if you have the surgery that you still won't get breast cancer...To ease my daughter's fears, I offered to pay for surgery....After 15+ years my daughter still has natural breasts....... I was wrong to mention Jolie's fake tits...I apologize to you and the world and take my words back... I just don't like her.... But, this thread is not about Jolie's tits it is about bringing First They Killed My Father to the screen...... My contention is that Jolie is not capable of doing that........... I love this book and I am excited to see it being made into a film and I truly hope I am wrong about Jolie...... And I will happily eat my words if I am wrong.... This is not an easy conversion from printed page to screen...That's why I asked if anyone knows who is writing the screenplay......

There is great book by Loung Ung titled First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia Remembers.... It is the true account of the author's and her family's survival during the Khmer Rouge horror.......... She has a second book that I have not read titled After They Killed Our Father which chronicles her life in America.... I understand the first book might be made into a film directed by Brad's wife...Perhaps along the lines of Heaven & Earth or The Killing Fields...But we shall see........ In any event, if you can get through Ms Loung's first book without shedding a tear or two you're a better man than I.... But maybe not.......

Those two lovelies that you have labeled Thai I do recall some time back viewing on a site that escapes me now but they were referred to as Filipinas.......... Now that may or may not be true and not that I spend any time looking at or for sites such as would allow photos like y'all have posted but....I do recall that I was googling for some medical advice and those photos just popped up...Of course I moved on very quickly...At least within 2 or 3 hours minutes.... Now it might not be important if they are Thai or Filipina to most but the instant I saw this thread and those four lovely creatures for some strange reason I instantly became famished....I needed to put something tasty in my mouth.... So I thought do I want a sushi roll or some ka pai moo kai dao or some baboy adobo...... Which brought to mind that old saying, "You can't have your cake and eat it too." Which means I think, you can't have it both ways...which I am certain many here would answer, "But in Thailand and the Philippines I always have it both ways." So, like Khun Pdoggg I cannot decide between the 4 lovelies.......... A couple in Pattaya that are not to bad...One on a little soi on the way to Jomtien...Cute little place with decent food and lots of atmosphere.........There is another pretty decent one on Soi 7 near Beach Road whose name I can't recall either.....And then the Blue Parrot down the way from Obsessions near Beach Road........ In BKK I suspect there are many but the only one I have ever visited is Sunrise Tacos on Sukhumvit across from Robinsons....They have/had a deli on one side and a sit-down on the other........... All pretty decent places... At any rate you gotta love the sign..............
