  2. Yes it's not totally clear. The normal change fee is only £25 I think anyway. But I will probably book this week. The flight prices are quite good for my trip next year. Only £530 when I checked yesterday. About the same as my Eva flights this year, and BA are usually dearer. And I can get a discount as I've got some BA Avios (air miles) with their loyalty scheme. If the Coronavirus situation hasn't got better by next year I can postpone my trip for up to 12 months.
  3. I think it probably is because of Coronavirus, and I suspect offer might be extended beyond 16 March. From what I can make out the new flight would need to be the same as the original flight, ie if I book a standard economy flight I would only be able to change it for another standard economy flight to the same destination. Of course flights at certain periods (high season) are going to be at a higher cost, so I don't know how that works. They are not offering free cancellation, just change of dates. This is the promotion
  4. I liked Som too and always went to see her when I was in los. She hasn't been at Roadhouse for a couple of years now. I asked Bee and Kelly where she was but they said they didn't know (or weren't saying!).
  5. BA is also offering free change of travel dates for any flights booked before Monday 16 March for the next 12 months. I might book my flights for next year this week.
  6. Or having a cock up your ass - definitely not gay in any way!
  7. I couldn't make out the face! Dao was the only lb there I didn't barfine. She was sexy, but mao most of the time. She was still working in Jomtien until a couple of years ago. Like Nuch she had to go home to look after sick papa.

    Coronavirus

Not many people die from colds. In UK we are being told that the Coronavirus is 3 times as likely to cause death as flu.
  9. I was put off visiting Jimbo's bars in Phuket and Naklua by his derogatory terms and comments about Indians, Chinese and Germans. I did go to TJs last year, mainly because Emmy invited me. Jimbo wasn't as bad as I was expecting him to be. I think his online persona was just his schtick to attract the more bigoted forum members. Which might have been a mistake.
  10. Nuch is the only one I recognise from your pics bb. She is a really nice lb. Nuch was the de facto mamasan in Sally's. She had a Maths degree in statistics, but couldn't work as a teacher unless she cut her hair, which like most ladyboys she refused to do. She was also quite fluent in several languages. She took me under her wing, explaining how things worked. Last I heard from Som, a couple of years ago, she was back in Issan looking after sick papa and working on farm.
  11. I spent two weeks in the Nirvana Boutique Suites Hotel in Soi 4, just behind Sally's Bar and was in there every night. It was where I first learnt ladyboy bar etiquette. These were the four fulltime ladyboys there at the time, Nuch, Dao, Nan and Som
  12. Those pics were taken with the same camera I have now, so they might actually have been taken in 2008 when I first had the camera.
  13. You're right I didn't know who he was, but one of the Sallys' girls obviously did
  14. This was Sally's circa 2010 - possibly 2008.
  15. I can guess who one is, but not who the TJs' girl is.
