Was just looking at some pics I took of an LB on soi 4 in front of a bar on same side of street as NEP and has a bunch of American license plates on the outside and adverises "Best burger in Bangkok" , could it be The Tavern ? If not then what, any ideas....?

added bonus : the woman who owns it/works there seems quite nice
