  1. I hope they're easy questions. E.G. Who's bum is nicer - Kylie Minogue's or Grunt's?
  2. I think "Mick" may have tried to enter the country dressed and appearing female. I don't think they can do that. Sunny had a haircut and needed to dress as a male to get into Dubai. I'm not sure about changing the gender shown on passports. I see it as a slippery slope to other changes. (Though tbh those changes are already happening).
  3. I take it mandatory masks in TH still apply? At home it hasn't been compulsory for several months. But you still see some who do, like a neighbour here who wears hers to go to the letterbox.
  4. World map, Chinese version..
  5. So...... how did it go? Grand opening party. Did Grunt and Teya elope? Did Quinn flip his bike? Did QG hand out face masks? Facts...facts... We just want the facts!
  6. .....and disappeared from the scene for a long time. Is it any wonder??! Poor thing!
  7. Seriously, give her a hug from me and a chaste kiss on the cheek**. Say it's from Jimmy in Aus. I think she'll know who it is .. We've chatted this week on ThaiFiend. (**Do not launch a tongue down her throat and dry hump her leg and say it's from me!!)
  8. I'm not bothered with Tiger tbh. Ginger on the other hand..... And a former kitten who I think still drops by - the delectable August. Be still my heart! https://www.thaifriendly.com/Chayn24
  9. The guys who genuinely have no interest in lbs will most likely completely ignore them - no nasty comments, no judgement, a cursory look then keep on walking. IMO.
  10. A ladyboy would know. I was sat in the old Katty bar with Teya one trip. Some idiot briefly stopped and made some acerbic comment about boys. Teya said "He likes ladyboys". She was probably right.
  11. My ideal ladyboy must have the following attributes - looks good in the mornings shorter than me or at least not taller (rules out the amazons) strong hands .. I tend to have a struggle with twist tops doesn't nick my aftershave braver than me with spiders cracks up at my jokes agrees with my politics reads rather than watch tv and doesn't think much of social media thinks I have impeccable music tastes and will listen to sad country laments with me.
  12. Yesterday I was listening to this. The Band weren't pure country, but the song indelibly is. It's hard to find a sadder lyric -
  13. Thanks for the corrections! (I'm obviously no real cowboy 555)
  14. There should be a dedicated thread for sad country songs.
  15. Looks great! I wish I was there. I'd strap on my six shooter and claps and mossie on over to brand me a longhorn. Yeehaw. I hope they play sad country songs. I like those.
  16. Oh gawd now with August's return to bar I wish I could get back to Thailand more than ever! Grrrr!
  17. I had a sleepless night on Xmas Eve and ended up chatting with Sunny on Fartbook messenger. Told me she would stay in Dubai for two years "or more" (even though she hates the food over there). Then on to Europe, work in Switzerland or Germany. Credit where it's due... she doesn't stand still, one of life's 'doers'.
  18. Thanks for that. It actually happened - an unofficial truce on Christmas Day 1914. British and German troops meeting in no man's land, exchanging gifts and well wishes. A brief respite from killing each other, and one occasion when Xmas meant something. It wasn't allowed again under threat of court martial (both sides?) ..
  19. Covid has had one bloody good use after all .. our ready made excuse for not going anywhere !
  20. I am one of life's Xmas Grinches. Hate the bloody thing. It's all hype and humbug and just makes us buy stuff we don't want or need. I kicked a Santa in the arse today at my local mall .. and felt brilliant about it. You can't even get away from the nonsense on porn channels. Pornhub is full of sluts dressed up as elves and such like. Hate hate hate. But I've managed to weasel my way out of all Xmas Day socials this year .. I'm going to stay at home, get blasted on cheap cask wine, and listen to Norwegian death metal at full bore.
  21. I think we can all respect those who have made sensible and healthy choices. It's not really about prolonging life (who wants to live til 90 or 100? I don't!) but enjoying the quality of life you have now. But the key words there are choice and enjoyment. No one should force healthy choices on anyone because they're then not choices anymore .. they're forced compliance, which alas seems to be a feature of this Covid world right now. And if people still get enjoyment out of eating red meat, smoking, drinking alcohol (me, me and me) ffs let them get on with it... let them (me!) alone! I've no interest in living long into the world the nasty authoritarians of the future threatens us with. I do hope I'm in the dirt before some idiot government introduces a "social credit" scheme, where you're ranked and rewarded for so-called good behaviour... *Mini-rant over!*
