A new forum to discover, a new place where I hope I will have fun... I am French (sorry about that...) living in Asia for almost 20 years, fan of LB and photography, sometimes at the same time, sometimes not... I rencently met Dixon Cox and we enjoyed a few nights in Pattaya. Then I was introduced by him to an influent BM on this forum during his stay in Phnom Penh, and he gave me the keys for heaven. I would like to see some LBs' comments on Stickman. "As Stickman falls outside any sort of defined behaviour ... expressing himself as he wishes ..." "Once you don't see him as a freak ... he might be quite open in his discussions with you." Etc.1 point

Just a reminder/to let you know if you haven't heard already. La Bamba will be closed this weekend, Saturday, Sunday and Monday -- June 8, 9, and 10. As mentioned above, Nancy's brother is entering the monkhood, which is a very important event for the family. To help celebrate, all of the girls are heading up country to help their friend and her family mark the occasion. The bar will be open as usual Friday, June 7 and will open again on Tuesday, June 11. P.S. Anna and her million watt smile have been missing-in-action for a few weeks. Happy to report she is back:

While it may be low season, there is always something going on in Pattaya. Besides the event on Soi 6 mentioned above, at the end of the month there are 2 parties in 2 of the most popular LB bars in town. They are: Famous Bar, on 28 June Sensations on 30 June, 1st anniversary of the opening.1 point

I believe the most I have ever paid in Thailand was 2000 baht........perfectly acceptable in BKK for either side IMO, and I won't go above that price. For the newer guys; when hot-looking LB's in the Nana bars start asking for absurd amounts, as in 3K baht or more, simply remind them there are dozens of girls outside the plaza who will go with you for 1000. Or just take yourself outside to talk to them, they are always desperate for work and will usually treat you pretty well for 1K, plus no bar fine or short-time room expenses.1 point
