pdogg Posted January 11, 2012 Share Posted January 11, 2012 Ko Larn is an easy daytrip from Pattaya. Beautiful beaches. Good island to ride a motobike. Inexpensive ferry though beach food is expensive. Three ferries from Bali Hai pier. A 30 bahter goes to the main town which is good if u want to rent a moto. Another 30 bahter goes straight to the main beach. And a 150 bahter (might be roundtrip, not sure) goes to three other beaches. Quote Link to comment

It would be an ideal escape from the madness of Sodom, but apparently there ain't much to do there at night. I guess you could BYOLB, but I think I also recall hearing that there aren't many good budget accommodation options either. But I do like a nice beach when I see one... Quote Link to comment
