dixon cox
This unfortunate story only reiterates the mantra: never invest more than you are prepared to walk away from. Rent in Thailand. Never buy.

pentire
This unfortunate story only reiterates the mantra: never invest more than you are prepared to walk away from. Rent in Thailand. Never buy. Agree wholeheartedly. It's always the stupid farang who is targeted, I've never heard of expat Indian tailors or restauranters expressing similar tales of woe and I am very friendly with a couple.
